Roku stick will replace cable in your house, With diffrent channels to choose from there is something for everyone at a affordiable price.

Can be slow uploading and sometimes freezes but bought it for my nephew to use at college and it serve its purpose

Our television is too old for this stick. We would have to disconnect our DVD player to put in the Roku as we only have 2 ports and the other is dedicated to the cable box. We have a Roku stick on our tv in our northern home and we love it there, but until we get a new tv in our winter home, we cannot easily use it.

Roku stick is very user friendly and easily installed. Great product, especially for the price. Not sure why people pay more to get Roku box.

I like it for all the apps that come with it and instantly made my tv a smart tv

i really love all the available channels and the interface very easy to use. i have an apple tv as well. and the roku 3 blows the apple tv away.

An inexpensive alternative to the higher priced Roku Box. Easy to connect to your wireless router, even if rooms away.

I was on the fence about getting the stick vs the regular box, but glad I got the stick! My biggest concern was that the original stick still had to be plugged into a wall, gladly, they added a USB dongle that plugs into a USB outlet in your tv which makes the unit completely hidden and yet the remote works perfectly. Highly recommend this product.

love this thing! It has totally changed the way I watch TV! I can watch what I want when I want and have even found some new shows on Netflix.

I bought this for my grandchildren's TV. It works just as well and responds as well if not better than the Roku 2 series that we also own.

This was a Birthday gift from my sister to me. I mainly wanted it so I wouldn't have to keep using my HDMI cord for my laptop to the tv every time I wanted to watch things on Netflix. It works great and I love the remote. So easy just to click the Netflix button and get to watching my shows.

To put this simply: it could be faster it could offer more channels it could take less hassle to set up each channel However, Does it do what I want it to, at an affordable price? Yes. Is it insufferably slow? No Am I glad it has at least some of the programming and channels we wanted? Absolutely.

You pick the channels you want from a huge list. The down side is some of the channels still require subscriber access.
