Even though we have cable TV, I wasn't able to see all the baseball games of my favorite team. I can watch my team with the Roku stick through MLB, and I can watch Netflix and Amazon Prime with the stick because we have those accounts. I am pleased with the ease of use of the stick and the fact that it is portable to different TVs in the house.

Variety of channels are great. However, stick gets very hot even after short use. When I start up system many times the remote does not communicate with the stick, and I find myself constantly taking the batteries out and putting them back in to reset.

I thoroughly enjoy my new Roku. It is easy to set up and use. I especially enjoy the ability to operate it off of my Smart Phone and Tablet

Only complaint would be that I'd like to get channels like ABC, CBS, etc free streaming without having to have cable

We've had Roku 1 for years. We decided to upgrade. The anywhere mouse is nice but the response can be a tad slow.

I have a couple of chromecasts, but they currently don't work with the WWE app. I picked this up for just that. Now I use it for everything.

Works very well on a tv with no cable tv connected to it! Kind of makes it a "smart tv"! Sorry Brighthouse you lose.

Already have the Roku3 but wanted another Roku product for my bedroom. It works perfectly and has the same user interfaces as the Roku3.

Having owned several Rokus for the past 8 yrs, I thought it was time to try the streaming stick to clean up around my children's TVs. The stick allowed me to have a very clean wall installation by plugging the stick into the HDMI port and then getting power from the TV via the USB connector. I subscribe to Netflix, Hulu +, Vudu, and I use Time Warner for my cable and internet. Tip: if you have this Roku streaming stick, just add the Time Warner app and it streams a lot of channels to your TV in HD without using their cable box! You have access to the cable guide, live TV, on demand, and can save favorites, too. The only complaint I have is with the Time Warner app itself and not with the Roku. I can't get my local TV stations via the TWC app. Like I said, that has to do with the cable company and not this device. I bought two devices for my children's time and once I saw how robust it was I night another for my living room. So now we have 3 and we enjoy them tremendously.

With an existing cable tv subscription you can get a lot of shows with the twc and espn channel.

This device is a great alternative to cable. Very easy to use with many channels to choose from.

I bought a new MP3 player and I just love it! The battery life is awesome. I've had it a week or so and I still haven't had to charge it!
