It easily could have been that my walls didn't let the signal through - that the stick wasn't strong enough a signal or something, but I couldn't get on my network. I returned it. Might get one of the newer Roku boxes tho.

Great product to stream wirelessly

We purchased it, so that we can watch Netflix on our bedroom tv. However, we discovered that it has so many more channels and entertainment use, such as Pandora, Facebook, and many more. My 4th Roku !!

I use it for everything watching movies, TV shows, Pandora through my Sonos soundbar and speakers, or just a plain fireplace or an aquarium on my TV. I can't imagine not having one at this point.

Love the Roku Streaming Stick

As long as you have a good wireless router (fast enough), streaming movies is a breeze. Pretty easy to set up. And it takes up no space around the TV. So far so good. I have already recommended to a friend who can't wait to get her own.

However, after installing it, the remote lag time was frustrating and the design of the software was campy. I am going to stick with my Apple TV.

The TV being used is older (non-digital with no computer port), still easy to set up, Was hoping that there were more free channels to access. Maybe I just haven't found them yet.
