I'm trying this out to see if I can live without cable (which continues to increase without telling you; unless, you thoroughly ck your bill out each month). Roku has taken me a while to set up by myself (I'm not the most techie person), best to have laptop with you at TV to put in codes. So far, I love Pandora (Free), I just set up two more apps last night. I'll edit this review as I get further along. It is amazing how it works. I think I'm going to be very pleased with it. My neighbors are all using it!

Works wonderfully! Charges from our Samsung tv directly. Roku has every channel we could want. I use to use two different devices to get all my channels - now just the roku.

Very easy to use. Simply plug into HDMI port & download the roku app on your phone follow the instructions very easy to set up !

Bought this for my daughter to use with NetFlix and Sling. She loves it and has no complaints or issues.

The item is small and fits well behind the tv. I had to buy an hdmi adapter to get it to fit because of my tv and the size of the stick. Otherwise no complaints

The Roku works great in my guest bedroom. I didn't want to pay extra each month to have a cable box in that room so I purchased the Roku so my guest would be able to watch tv.

I have a Roku 3, which is pretty decent in terms of functionality and responsiveness still, so I bought one of these for my folks, thinking it would be comparable. I have to say it's very sluggish in handling and responsiveness, and wasn't nearly as good at picking up a wifi signal from several rooms away. I wasn't expecting the speed of the new Apple Tv, but in this price range I would recommend the Amazon Fire Tv stick instead (as long as you're ok with the services offered on that device which are a bit more limited). Either than or go for the Roku 3 or 4.

I am a low tech person and wasnt too sure I could get it installed the day that I purchased it. Not to worry......it was so easy to set up. It works great. Sorry ai didnt get it sooner.

Good product, but remote needs constant re-sync as it recognizes the device thru wifi..might need to reset the system at least once every 2 days to get the remote synced.. Other than that good streaming

I really like the roku products. This is my third one, love that the device is not visible. Works greats. only complaint would be netflix app is slow to load.

We bought it for our daughter's bedroom so we didn't have to get another satellite box. We also take it on camping trip so we can have Netflix and other things to watch

The roku stick is good to plug into your TV. It works a little slow as the streaming capacity is far less compared to Roku 3 box. If you are looking for something cheap then it serves the purpose

I don't have cable to satellite anymore, so this stick allows me to watch some things for free. Wish there were a little more options (lots of pay stuff) but overall keeps me cable/satellite free!

Bought for my parents, who are challenged with technology! They may need some guidance, but should be able to get it set up. I tried it on my TV, and once it's set up, it works great!

The Roku streamer is wonderful,doesn't take up any space on my crowded entertainment center.Plug it in to your TV and your good to go in a few minutes.Streams effortlessly.Great buy!

I bought this because I wanted to give it a chance. It had some moment where the load time would be way too long and the usb stick at times is required to be plugged in additionally to a wall outlet.

My friends all use this device and seem to babe no issues however many times the remote seems to become unresponsive,and I have to reset the device and repair the remote. Tried calling customer service for Roku they suggested fresh batteries as this model is older so the ones included may have sat for a bit. Didn't really fix the glitch. Overall works for what I need it for just irritating when it is slow. Overall happy with the sale price purchase.

If you need cable,this is good to have. However I have most of the channels they offer,and the ones I don't I have to pay extra for. If i ordered all their channels,it would be more than cable.

The Roku streaming stick works great & I like it much more than the box for appearances' sake and it responds without having to point the remote directly at an "eye" like on the box.

This stick is great and convenient. I have more than one in my house now. Great for Netflix and Hulu.
