Poor remote and load time

I've been very disappointed and the other lyrics reason I keep using this one is the closed caption feature. The remote frequently unlinks itself, the new software is confusing, the load time is slow, and search is difficult. I should have gotten the non stick unit.

Easy setup and tons of free content

I really like the ability to search for specific content. I discover something new every time I use the Roku streaming stick. BestBuy had dropped the [already good] price before I received it. I called and BestBuy credited my account the difference. Now, how nice is that?!?

remote sticks sometimes

Great alternative to cable

You can stream Hulu, Netflix, Amazon and even channels that are unavailable on other mediums. Yes you need to subscribe to Hulu, Netflix, etc. but it is much cheaper than cable all together. I still use this stick in room, and have a new version that we picked up for family room.
