i have over the air broadcast only and w/ the addition of netflix this adds a excellent addition to my frugal ways. love the addition of the pbs app , it's like on demand for great pbs shows also love the cbs 24hour news app.

I own all sorts of streaming devices, Apple TV (version 3 and 4), Amazon Fire (very fast, very Amazon) but none compare to the versatility of the Roku. Highly recommended.

We have been very happy with the Roku we purchased. This is our 2nd one due to the fact that our first one the remote quit working after 1 year. We purchased the 2nd one with a 2 yr. warranty to be safe. Was easy to download.

I have 3 other rokus that my girls use and besides the xbox Netflix power and reliability this is the second best streamer on the market. I needed one for my bedroom because I was tired of using my ps3 just for Netflix uses too much power

Roku continues to exceed our expectations. We have used it to replace our cable since we enjoy watching only certain tv shows and movies which are available on roku for free or on hulu plus.We could save a lot deal of money. We love it.

After a 45 minute wait for phone assistance, still no sound. Would give this no stars but after finally picking up our guy worked almost an hour before giving up. 2 stars for the young man from India.

I really love my Roku. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the USB part that plugs into the TV bends easily. This is my 2nd Roku because the USB plug snapped off the first.

Since I didn't have a smart TV, this fit the bill! Don't be fooled by the rep stating it has a slower processor speed. It worked just fine.

Streaming great most of the time depending on wifi bandwidth. Sometimes, it just hangs and I need to go to the home screen and start off everything. Forward and reverse keys take a lot of time to respond

Got this mainly to stream amazon prime. Super easy to set up. If you use your tv as the power source you have to wait for it to power up each time, but it doesn't take very long.

It was good exp. to buy at bestbuy. It is my 1st roku until now I am using chorme cast so I decided to buy Roku for my 2nd TV. It is good streaming player but have to reset so many times.

Hardest thing to set up ever, kept getting an error code, tried updating and resetting like five times, messed with my router some, finally did some additional research online. From what I read it seemed like a lot of people had the same problem and it was really hard to fix. Did manage to get it going but the user interface isn't the best and things take forever to load (it's not my internet speed). Save yourself the hassle and get a Chromecast.

i got this for the sole purpose of cbs allaccess, but not exactly a fan of the layout of how it's set up. there are a lot of channels to choose from, just wish there were better free stuff on it.

We bought this for my father-in-law who loves Dodger Baseball. We used it to purchase the MLB.com program so he could see his dodgers on a delay. The Roqu plugged right into the TV and gave us the internet through his TV. Batter up!

This product overheated fast. We already had a roku 3 and this streaming stick was to be a present for my kid. It overheated within 30 minutes of being plugged in. I therefore returned the item and ended up just upgrading to the roku 3 for my kid as we know how well the 3 works.

Works well with channels, but not compatible to screen cast with all android devices. I have a 4.4.4 moto g

Good option for streaming netflix and now using it with Playstation Vue. Streams flawlessly and I like the grid interface better than the Fire TV dashboard. Roku is easier to navigate.

The remote control suddenly disconnect and I have to take the batteries out and put them back to work again. Very slow moving between channels.

This purchase allowed me to cancel cable... Yippee. I love to watch Netflix and Hulu and save money by not paying large cable bills.

I plugged it in and it is not recognized. Some "plug-and-play"... Tech support said it can be replaced by the store purchased it from. We shall see.
