I love the accessibility of options that allow you to enjoy watching a variety of programs. I did not give five stars because the remote control does not work well. I have to access the Roku menu from my IPad

Some electronics challenge my abilities. This item was perfect for me. The instructions were very easy to follow. If anyone is looking for a TV supplement or cable replacement, this works most excellently with programs like Netflix & HULU.

By using the Roku, I have created numerous opportunities to watch more of my favorite shows and movies. Currently I've only opted to use Netflix but there are so many other choices as well - similar to what a newer Smart TV offers.

I was totally unprepared with how easy it was to set up and then use Roku. It has been a pleasure to bring amazon movies and netflix into other rooms in my house. If I had known it was this easy, I would have bought it sooner.

Really like the Roku. We now have a "smart" TV. I wish the whole system moved a little faster. It seems to take awhile to get where I want. Pleased with all the channel choices and APPS available.

We got rid of cable and went to streaming only and Wow, we love it. It is very simple to set-up and use. So many channels to choose from. A lot of them are pay but, we have our standard channels, (Netflex, Hulu, Amazon) it works for us.

It's easy to install and use. Our TV doesn't have wi ji and we didn't want't to more for cable it's why we bought it. It work well. Only one thing I don't like it has to be plug in in electric outlet .

We bought a Roku for a spare bedroom, we have AppleTV box in the family room and the Roku is simple to use, provides access to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, HBO, etc without a subscription to cable.

Bought the Roku streaming stick to eliminate the wiring to my TV. My TV is mounted on the wall, above the fireplace mantel. I had a Roku 2 box, but didn't like having the box and wires visibly sitting on the mantel. I thought the Roku streaming stick would get it's power from the HDMI/MHL jack on my TV, but not so. It still requires an AC adapter for power, but since it was small, I was able to hide it behind the TV. It does work better than my old Roku 2 box, in that it is more responsive to the remote. The Roku 2 remote had to have line of sight between the box and remote, but not so with the streaming stick. A definite plus. Would've given it five stars if the AC adapter wasn't needed.

Very happy with my purchase!!! I bought this for my daughter who is five years old. She loves all of the kids shows and instead of her always watching it on our TV, I got this for her room. Very easy to use and she picked it up in minutes.

Between the Roku Streaming Stick and the Google Chromecast, the Roku wins every time. It even has an included remote control bundled with it. I have tried it on a few televisions and have one of my Samsung TVs doesn't have enough clearance for it to fit. Luckily, if you call Roku they will gladly ship you an HDMI dongle to attach to the HDMI port to allow for clearance.

I bought this streaming stick for my 12 yr. old niece. She loves it because now it has turned her regular tv into a smart tv. She used to watch netflix and hulu on her ipad and now she watches it on her tv. She also loves the games.

The Roku stick is a terrific product! In short it works just like the package says it will! We are very happy with our purchase & are thinking about buying a seçond one for another room! All I can say is try it you'll like it! Barbara

I enjoy using my Roku to watch Netflix and other streaming video. I finally can use my flat screen TV to watch movies on demand. I love my Roku!!!!

The Roku does allow you to upload a lot of channels. only issue is there are commercials every few minutes when you watch movies. You definitely need hi-speed internet for the wifi to work smoothly.

For the price, you can't beat this. It works great, it's very portable from set to set, and as far as I know it plays everything a regular Roku player does. It gets passed around a lot in our house. I may have to buy one or two more!

Simply attached it, sign up with a few channels and now I have History Channel 1 & 2 shows. RT News, get to watch some free movies and without the clutter at the back of the TV. And the pic resolution is really HD. Worth every penny.

SO this is the simplest platform that I have ever used as far as these streaming devices go. I've tried many and the Roku tops them all.

We had no experience with this type of product (Roku) and with our daughters help we had it setup and running in minutes. I'm really getting addicted to the no commercial TV.

Recently purchased non-"Smart" TV, bought this Roku to "smarten" it. Works GREAT! Easy install and set-up, intuitive remote and functions.
