Love the form factor, the stick is easy to hide and portable. I bought it mostly for the ease of use, to help the parents out. We have a Chromecast which was difficult to use for them because it meant having to use an additional device (phone, tablet, laptop). I also love that it has a huge availability of apps.

Overall i like it, but it crashed after first 15 minutes after installation. Has not crashed again, however. It may have been a router issue and not the Roku. I am mainly using for Netflix and slowly investigating the various streaming services. I also have this setup to stream from my home media server, works well once the router was set correctly (initially had a router problem that slowed the streaming speed down but found the problem and Roku now does is job well). Happy with it and seems to work as well as my Chromecast. My only gripe is the remote seems somewhat slow to respond at times. Hence, 4 out of 5.

Had the roku up running added to my account and on my network in under 10 minutes , easy to use and the picture is great every bit as good as my roku 3. To assure yourself of the best picture though make sure you go into settings and change to 1080p the default setting is 720?

The Roku stick is easy to use and setup; especially compared to the Google product.It's pretty fast, picture is nice, and has a lot of subscriptions to choose from. I would recommend it to anyone that wants the smart tv choices on their tv.

I can't be certain if it is my internet connection/wifi router that causes this to randomly lose connection when in use but as long as I can stay connected I like it. The remote response time can be a bit slow, but again, not sure if it's the Roku or my internet.

We are enjoying the roku very much. We watch Netflix in our bedroom all the time. It was harder to set up than expected. The device had a hard time connecting to our wifi and the channels we selected during set up didn't display as available for hours. Once we got past that it's been perfect. No issues

I love the Roku stick! The great thing about it, is that you can plug it into the t.v. and not an outlet. It has a tone of channels and can make any t.v. a smart t.v. The only bad thing is that you can't use it with the older television. Overall...great product!

It works great for what I bought it for, Netflix. The remote is slow on certain apps though and the device itself is gigantic and barely fit into my TV. I really had to cram it in there but it worked eventually. Overall, not too bad for what I use it for.

Very portable. At first I had problems with the device recognizing the remote. It appears this has now cleared itself up. Overall, it has been working well. I would recommend this to a friend.

I am very happy with my roku streaming stick. It was easy to setup and there are a lot of channel options. The build quality is excellent and the software is easy to learn and use. I only wish it was a little snappier which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Best electronic device I've purchased recently. It just works. Easy to install. And I'm having a blast hunting for Roku channels that suit me instead of paying the cable company for a bunch of garbage I don't care about.

Ive purchased the roku 1 previously but needed to to ugrade to the stick because I was mounting my tv the the wall, now I don't have to worry about istaling a shelf to hold the roku and best of all it's basically plug and play. Now I'm going to add this to all the other tv's in the house

Easy to use, even my 2yr old can put her shows on. Remote is small so keep it in a safe place or it may get lost. If you do lose the remote you can always get the app to use your device. The app is free and easy to use. Would recommend this to anyone with Netflix, Hulu and vudu.

The Roku Streaming Stick has a quick and easy setup. The picture quality is outstanding on my Vizio 65 inch. The selection of programming is awesome. I feel like I have a movie theater in the comfort of my own home. Great product for the price!

This device does all that is says it will. It's a great addition to any TV that doesn't already have smarts built into it. It makes it so easy to watch all of your favorite content from Netflix, HBOGO, Amazon Instant Video, and so many more! The only negative I have to say about it is that occationally it has some lag when loading content from Netflix but that could be the issue of net neutrality and nothing to do with the product. The only other thing to keep in mind, the unit has a mini usb that is on the back of the dongle device needed to power the Roku. This was an issue for one of my TV's that has it's HDMI connection in an inset where there is limited space and was unable to fit. Had the power connection been on the side it would have been fine. The workaround I did was by a 3ft male to female HDMI extension cable.

Have a roku 3 and bought this as a gift. Works well and slightly different from the 3 but my only complaint is that at times the remote will not work. Other than that it works well.

wanted an inexpensive streaming device and the ROKU was a perfect choice. however, the first one only worked off and on for about an hour before it refused to do anything. checked batteries: ok. problem seemed to be with the remote (VERY cheaply made). returned and got a second (hated going through the whole setup routine again) but it worked. it has worked for a month before it "froze". unplugged the power, no good; checked the batteries, ok; unplugged the stick and left out for an hour, unit returned to working order. if this continues we will research a different brand and put this stick on a second tv. time will tell but hopefully it continues without problems as we do not need a second tv with streaming feature. i would recommend the ROKU as it's cost for watching the more popular channels is unbeatable.

This device is awesome! Great user interface, you can add all kinds of channels that competing products can't. Loaded up Amazon Prime, Netflix and the PearChannel which gives you everything. The wifi remote works when the streamer stick is behind the TV. Easy set--up.

Was hesitant about buying this item but have zero regrets. Works just as good as my Roku 3 without the headphone jack. Also doesn't take up any space as it plugs into the back of my tv. Highly recommended.

This streaming stick is so small and portable. Use with any USB plug. It has fantastic channels to choose from and huge selection. I purchased as a gift and the person called me to say how happy and excited they were about this device. Can't wait until they bring it over!
