We like the roku operating system super easy to use!

I’ve had Roku devices for years, but decided to get the Ultra for my new 4K TV. The quality is great, and I can tell the Roku service is faster, but kept getting an HCDP error that I ultimately fixed by getting a better HDMI cable to connect from the Roku to the TV. Now it works great! But wish there wasn’t an issue in the first place.

Well man old one got fried when lightening struck my personal telephone poll. This replaced it and it works just great. Note: I also lost my router and modem and receiver in that fiasco and had some issue getting all the replacement stuff reconnected. It was the ROKU telephone helper that actually helped me the best.

I have owned all previous versions of Roku Ultra. The new Ultra 2024 is a noticeable improvement. It is faster. Picture quality is better. The Wi-Fi connections speeds are much higher. I was excited to see the Ultra 2024 is Wi-Fi 6. Unfortunately my router is 6E which means the Ultra 2024 does not connect to Wi-Fi 6. The good news is the 5G connection speeds are much faster than Ultra 2022. The improved picture quality is a nice surprise. It handles dark scenes better. Overall there appears to be better contrast. I highly recommend the Ultra 2024.

Works great. I got this because my smart TV is getting old and slow. With the new Roku, there's no lag navigating apps, menu options and long lists of shows to stream. The voice option works really well. I love how I can audibly speak my login and password and not have to spend several minutes toggling each letter/number/character.

Easy to set up and operate. Reliable when using. Wish i had it a llng time ago. Teally like the voice operation

In the Seniors apartment I live at. We could not stream church service. Now we can. It works great.

EZ set up but need to learn the ins & outs for desired programs. Not as easy as a list of cable channels, but we're learning!!

The Roku Ultra is a powerful streaming device with a boat load of choices and options. easy to connect and get setup. After that, there are so many things to find.
