Bough this because my TV was sluggish. (Even my 2025). Apps fly!

The ROKU unit works fine, as expected, but the customer service at Best Buy is terrible. The offer for "2 months free Apple+" has been impossible to access. No code provided by Best Buy; no Customer Service connection online or on phone. So they offered an enticement that is unavailable; no remedy to fix it. Very unhappy about that.

I wish I would have got this a long time ago. We save $130.00 a month from dropping cable and we didn't even have Showtime or HBO.

I have always had good luck with Roku products. This purchase is the exception. Every once in a while, the unit stops working: I can hear the sound, but the screen is blank. I know that it’s this new Roku, because the same channels and apps work through the TV itself and through my other Roku product. I’m very disappointed that I have to periodically leave the Roku to use the smart TVs functions. It’s a pain in the neck.

Easy to use the only issue that I experience is I have to reset the Roku box to repair the remote to the box. TheTV stays paired but the Roku box needs the power cord unplugged and plugged back in to be remotely controlled ! ???

It’s fast and handles a media server as advertised. Lit remote is a bonus. 99.00 is a little high but it does work well. Should be more like 70 or something.
