Model on boxes did not match model inside both

I bought 2 Roku Ultra 2024 and the model number both boxes were 4850R but both the Roku's inside both boxes were model 4850X what is up with that?

This model was not delivered as stated in the description by a third party seller. It was a older model delivered. They apologized for the mistake asked if I want to return it. I Then went to Best buy to return and the store would not accept the return due to the reseller was not allowed at the store. Then I had return via UPS. Had to pay for shipping. I did get my money back but lost president day deal due to the mistake for the latest model. Customer service was poor at the store. They used take care of customers but now buyer beware. You may not get what you paid for. Not buying from Best buy again

I only bought this because i like the Avatar series and much like Master Roku you too can be a master of your own destiny

Good upgrade from my previous Roku. Wireless bluetooth support is great! Be sure you have manual volume control on the actual bluetooth earbuds/headset, because the Roku remote doesn't have that control. Backlit remote buttons is a nice touch also!

I rated 4 out 5 because the remote no longer has a headphone jack. I realize most people now have wireless headphones but I liked the option of also using wired headphones. Rechargeable back lit remote is awesome otherwise.

LOVE Roku devices. I've purchased one for each tv in our house and use the remote instead of the manufacturer's remote.
