Fantastic set of keys; they feel amazing (synth action). I am using them with online piano lessons, a Ableton (included), and a rompler and I couldn't ask for better. The action feels great and the keys are rounded. This is something Roland does to make them more comfortable to play. You also get the D-Beam, which makes things make strange noises when the cat walks over it and entertains young children. Build quality is great. Plastic but solid, and the pearl white finish is really nice. If you or someone you know wants to start learning piano or wants something to make music with that doesn't have a trillion buttons or take up a kitchen counter's worth of space, this is the way to go. Note that this is a MIDI controller--it makes no sounds on its own. You'll need another device to hook it up to, whether it is a computer or a synth/rompler. It DOES have a regular MIDI out.
