    Attempted to activate on PC and code was invalid. Attempted on another computer and same issue. Contacted Rosetta Stone customer support and representative was very rude and acted like I was bothering them and very off the wall questions about installing product. Finally received an email and code had been reactivated and was able to install on line features. Then come to find out it was only good for 3 months and this was not mentioned on the box or commercials.

    I love the product but I can not get the cd Rom programs to work with my macbook, i was told to get Rosetta stone total version 4 Spanish 1 and I put it in the portable dvd cd rom connect to my macbook, the cd rom will not download to my mac.
