    bought it to use on an ipad, was told I had insufficient room, cleared some photos, still wouldn't load. Apple investigated, verified there should be enough storage. contacted Rosetta Stone, they advised it wouldn't work on iPads. Too lagte to return now

    With a decent learning method, dealing with this company has been horrible. Tho I gotta say this: If I would have purchased it w/o ever speaking with someone at Rosetta Stone (RS), I would never have witnessed their EMPLOYEES avoiding the truth, when answering 4 or 5 different questions ((( that I have saved, from an online chat before I purchased this from Best Buy ))) ...and the software is not that bad, so why hide simple truths (?)
