I was pleasantly surprised with how much power this has. It really gets the pet hair out. Also surprised that the ease of access to the brush roller. This makes it much easier to remove the long hair or other items that wrap around it.

Bought as a gift for our daughter to replace an older Dyson. Very impressed with the extra dirt it extracted from carpeting compared to the Dyson. Much more flexible and easy to use compared to the Dyson, especially for doing stairs. Only complaint is the smaller capacity of the "dust bin" - even though XL model, does not hold as much dirt as the Dyson. Time will tell on reliability. We have owned numerous Dyson's and all have been very reliable and problem free. Hoping for the same from this Shark,

I lost my Shark NV360 in a break-up and needed another one when this showed up as the Deal of the Day for only $50.00 dollars more than my old one. I figured I would go for it. It is outstanding as a vacuum with a greater number of attachments and is "self-propelled" in the sense it pulls you forward. It works on every service, too. I like the lift-away feature of Shark products. I see vacuums as tools and that I treated myself to the top of the line for the low-to-midrange price.

We used a Dyson and a Hoover on our carpet before we bought this. We brought it home and it still picked up more then the other two did.

The vacuum is very powerful, and does a great job cleaning the dirt from carpets and wood floors. We are extremely pleased with it.

I was looking for a great vacuum cleaner that had a lot of suction and this is the one to purchase. It is really a good machine.

This vacuum is awesome for the fact I don't need to empty the container several times when vacuuming my home. The suction it good I had a shark vacuum before this one that seemed to have better suction but this one still does the job!

It's amaze me every time I use it. It's easy to use and very convenient. Yeah it takes up some space but it is all worth what I paid.

Move over Dyson.... You've been replaced. This thing practically works Itself and the attachments work with ease.

The Shark Upright vacuum cleaner is the best vacuum cleaner we have ever had. It picked up dirt that other vacuums left behind.

I purchased this vacuum for the larger dust container because we have 4 dogs and the vacuum we had has a smaller collection container which must be emptied frequently. This vacuum has reduced the emptying of the collection container by at least 50%. Not only is it larger, but it seems to compress the dog hair better. Never owned a Shark Vacuum before, but I think this is an excellent product. Since I'm a new owner I do not know how the vacuum will hold up over a couple of years.

I owned a Dyson before it died. I replaced it with the Shark Rotator. It seems to perform better that my Dyson ever did.

Love the versatility. Easy to convert from upright to wand to canister. Highly maneuverable. Easy to empty and clean.

Love it, works as described, and does great with pet hair. Great for small and large jobs including steps.

Thank goodness it is self propelled. Device is heavy. Picks up dog hair. It does multiple floor types.

I haven't used it enough yet, but so far, I like it. It picks up really good. I like how it pulls without any strength.
