Great versatility, heavy, but excellent power and worth the cost and weight.

pleased with shark easy to switch to upright to canister. happy it has choose of brush levels and also can be used on hard floors storage bag for attachments is a good idea great way to keep all items together. easy to store in closet easy for grand kids to use would recommend to friends happy with my choice prior is did have a dyson, would rate the shark same as if not better as a lower cost

This machine works great. Literally pulls the carpet off the floor while vacuuming. No need to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a Dyson.

Works better than all those cheapy ones we were getting in the past. Shouldn’t have to buy another vacuum for quite a while. Great suction!

I have been using Dyson for years. After getting a new carpet the Dyson wouldn't move on it. After reading a bunch of reviews I decided to give this Shark a try. With Best Buy's great return policy I was not worried if I didn't like it. Needless to say, I have been very impressed with this vacuum and have kept it. Easy to operate with good attachments. So far so good.

Best vacuum cleaner I have ever purchased! My daughter purchased a Shark Rotator & I borrowed it & couldn't wait to purchase one of my own. So easy to use! Best clean ever! Great suction! Able to clean in areas where other vacuums can't reach. Wish I had purchased it sooner! Just purchased one for my son for Christmas & he loves it too! Highly recommend it to all!

I was very deliberate in my decision to purchase this vacuum or a Dyson. After reading other buyers' reviews, I decided to go with the less expensive Shark. I am glad I did. I don't believe the Dyson would work very much better than this vacuum. It is extremely powerful, and easy to operate. One criticism that I have is that it is kind of clumsy in terms of portability.

This Shark has an extra large dust tank, it has great suction, is very flexible and looks good, too. Gives Dyson serious competition for less money.

Went in looking to buy a Dyson but after speaking to an employee, he directed us to the Shark. After using it the first time, we were convinced it was great! The vacuum power is very comparable to a Dyson, but this vacuum has more versitility. You can remove the canister and fit the vacuum into a lot of low places! We have been very pleased. Highly recommended

I first went to Best Buy to help my aunt purchase a shark rotator lift away. I was so impressed with hers I decided to replace my current namebrand vacuum. I purchased the rotator ex L because of the lift away function so I could do my stairs. This is worked out great so far.

We previously had a Shark Lift Away that was bought over 10 years ago. We needed an upgrade since we have a larger floor plan to clean. This vacuum sucks! (Pun intended and I mean it in a good way!) I guarantee it will last a long time and the amount of gadgets it comes with will make vacuuming fun (if you like cleaning).

This vacuum was purchased to replace our 11 year old Dyson. It was impressive at holding suction on our tile floor. My issue with it was the weight of the unit. We were only looking to replace the Dyson because it was heavy and I have some nerve damage in my arm. We ended up returning it for a lighter version of the Shark.

My wife and I bought this vacuum to replace our nearly a decale-old Bissel. We have 6 pets (5 cats and 1 dog) and this Shark picks up everything. The swivel head adds a great amount of agility, making it much easier to clean near baseboards. One of the attachments also makes it easy to clean up litter and dog hair in my tiled rooms.

This vacuum is everthing advertised, and more. Light, quiet, convenient to use, does an excellent job of cleaning. Highly recommended !

I've always had a self propelled canister vacuum and loved it. But, this Shark Rotator Powered Lift Away XL picked up dirt that my other vacuum couldn't. It's a little heavy which makes it a bit harder to push at first, as I also read in other reviews but you get use to it (good workout)! I wouldn't trade it for the world, love this vacuum!!

Easy to use. It picks up everything. Great product.. It comes with an accessory bag, however it should be a bit bigger. .

Unbelievable suction power. Works great on carpet. Only downfall is canister is a little heavy if caring around in using for a extended time.
