It has awesome features and will not disappoint. Very quiet and the bin holds an enormous amount of cross-cut shavings so you don’t have to empty excessively. Pricing was great and besides being on rollers, the extension cord is extra long!

Shredder is Overpriced and Weak

Appparently writers get censored if they say negative things about the product! I returned this unit due to its inability to shred basic non-paper items such as CDs, DVDs, credit cards, and paper clips. Unit sells for about twice what competitive units run and it comes with just the basic warranty. Good luck!

If you have more to shred you need to use the back feeder that holds a lot more pages but shred one at a time and it takes a little longer

Have a shredder that’s over 5 years old with the same feature and capacity but this new shredder is no faster. Expected as advertised to be heavy duty but performance is quite mediocre. Keeping it as a secondary unit.

The front one with the 5 sheet min works better. I am purging files and it’s a big waste of time for what it said it would do.

Good Shredder

This shredder does have a light indicator if it does overheat, so I know I will need to let it sit and cool off before using it again. My old shredder just wouldn't work and gave off a burning odor when it overheated.
