This is a movie I have been looking for and finally found at best buy. A real 5 star movie. Get it if you can

Purchased this for my cousin who is a collector of action movies. He collects and watches them over and overt. His joy brings me joy!!

Paul Walker's best film by far. If only we could have gotten more like this. Running Scared was one of those semi-indie, almost-big budget feeling movies I just happened to discover in the early 2000's, on DVD. Was very happy to get it back on blu-ray. It will take you through a grimy, frantic ride through drama, danger, violence, and crime as an undercover cop looks to save a young boy in need, protect his family and somehow keep himself alive in the process. Delivered with a hyper stylized, almost magical realism sense of dynamic energy, brutality and graphic novel-esque creativity, it's one unique action movie with a solid story and cast of characters. A must see if you want something rough, real and fresh.

I can remember the first time I saw Running Scared when it first came out and being blown away by it and I still am to this day. This is one intense, twisted, exciting and extremely violent film that the late Paul Walker should be proud to have to his resume along with the equally underrated and great Joy Ride. Running Scared is loaded with style and thrills and is literally nonstop. Its like an extremely dark graphic novel type neo noir fairy tale. From the director of the great film The Cooler do not miss this overlooked gem along with The Cooler as well
