If you like racing films you will enjoy this movie. If you like Ron Howard films (Think Apollo 13) you'll enjoy this movie. Ron does great with true story movies like this and Apollo 13 and this movie also had great acting! One of my favorite movies that year and i'm not even a racing fan!

Great character development. There's really not a 'villian' in this movie. You really get to know both drivers and see things from both of their perspectives even though they are polar opposites. One of Ron Howard's best movies for sure.

I saw this movie in the theaters and thought it was great. I bought the DVD so that I could watch it again and catch all the details that I missed in the theater. If you like any type of car racing, then this is a great movie to watch.

This is an excellent character drama on a very solid Blu-ray release. Only disappointment is the limited special features. Thought a sport biopic would have a lot more real life clips and interviews in the special features.

This is based on the true story of James Hunt and Niki Lauder who were in compotition in the F1 series. When you watch this movie you feel you're in the race car and can feel the action all around you.

It is a decent characterization of Formula Racing during the 70's. It tells a good story, and makes it believable. Though the racing scenes are extremely well done, their are really not that many in a movie that is supposed to focus on racing, and its pitfalls. I give the movie a 7 out of 10.

Once again Ron Howard hits a home run, great action. This is not just a great racing movie, but a great movie period. Great balance between action and drama, does a good job of capturing the competition between the driovers

I enjoyed this movie so much I purchased it on Bluray after already owning a copy on DVD. Unfortunately the copy I received was damaged with the disc sliding around inside so I returned it without opening it.

I was not born when this subjects of this movie went wheel to wheel. Through watching this film I learned a lot about the big personalities of these two drivers. Fun, fast and great film. Highly recommended!

Totally did not expect to watch this movie and get the thrilling ride I was taken on. Acting was top notch, love the way the movie was shot, and the pacing was awesome. The movie kept you wanting more, what more could you ask for!

First heard about this movie when Hemsworth was on Top Gear, I think. Also interesting to know that both main actors are going to play opposite each other again in the next Thor movie I think, looking forward to that

True story and enjoyable from start to finish. Great storylines, plot and intense moments here and there. Lots of passion and great message in movie. Was surprised that movie was better than I thought. Great acting. Go get it!

This movie wasn't a big hit at the box office or with the Academy Awards but I think it's a really good movie. Strong direction from Ron Howard and excellent performances by Daniel Bruhl and Chris Hemsworth. Compelling story and great race scenes.

This is based on a true story between James Hunt and Niki Lauder and the rivalry they had in formula one racing. The racing shots were very impressive and I felt like I was at the race tracks.

"76 was a great F1 year capped off by Lauda's retirement in the last race. F1 movies are tough to do, so this is about as good as it gets. They were driving crazy fast cars on really dangerous tracks that are no longer in use. Watch to see the old venues as much as anything.

Formula 1 fans will especially enjoy this movie that chronicles the rivalry between real-life drivers Niki Lauda and James Hunt. The cinematography and soundtrack are top-notch and the racing scenes really deliver.

As a big racing fan, this film was for me. Ron Howard did a great job directing and both actors portray their subjects convincingly. It is likely one of my more favorite racing films.

I love F1 and this was one of the best and most unbelievable seasons every. However the movie didn't really seem to pull help you understand that. It was more about the drivers lives then the then racing season. Still a most watch for any F1 fan and a good watch for everyone else.

I saw this in the theater and still bought this because it is that good. This is a very accurate film based on a true story. Rush is action filled, funny, and compelling. Hands down, best film Ron Howard has ever done

I am a F1 devoted fan and have personally met and seem the race rival of Lauda and Hunt. The characters are embellished for the screen but the portrayal is quite accurate and exciting. Howard has captured the race tension, the race experience and how the drivers think. Great movie!
