This game has very stunning visuals and an intriguing story. The only complaint I have about it is its repetitive battles, and the execution of well, the executions... Every moment of the timeline I played through I felt like I was playing through the same battle. The objectives changed but I felt like I was always facing the same handful of enemies, they didn't get harder or smarter as the game progressed. I also did not agree with the execution system, if I mess up the execution sequence, I feel like...you know, I should mess up the execution. This could be me just being nitpicky, but those were the only things I felt that needed to be addressed. The game is a bit short, but that is expected with now-a-days games campaign since most are fitted with online play. This is a fun game and very stunning. I would recommend it for the next gen beauty of it and like I said, intriguing story.

Ryse has some of the best graphics on the Xbox One. The environments look great and realistic. The game becomes very repetitive and is very easy even on the hardest difficulties. The dialog is also pretty cheesy but overall a very fun game if you can find it for a good price.

One of the best looking games on Xbox one. Combat is very solid with meaty strikes that can literally cut enemies in half. Story is solid only downside is that it is too short.

This game is visually stunning, but the game play is only good in my opinion. Also, it is a very violent game. I'd be much more comfortable with a teenage playing CoD or Halo than this game. The gameplay is also a little too "coached" and doesn't flow extremely well. If you're into the story line, it is still a good game to play it. At full price, I wouldn't recommend it, but at the reduced price that it is now selling at, it's worth having in your game library.

If you like the movie Troy or Gladiator then you should not pass up the opportunity to play them. Ryse is a cinematic experience that places you in the shoes of the old age elites. Also, I can't go without mentioning the combat is fierce, aggressive, and highly addictive. The game can be rather repetitive a few hours in, but its unique style and cinematic presentation deserve your attention.

Ryse is a fun and intense game set Rome. The graphics are great and the campaign has been fun so far. I am a bit of a button masher with these types of games but I have used some of the combo moves and they are pretty cool! I would recommend this game to anyone who likes this genre of games.

I thought I would love this game, being a big fan of the source material. It is nice to look at, but is also very repetitive. It can be a little too hard as well. I can't really recommend this, unless it is in the bargain bin.

Not only is this game entertaining but the graphics are pretty great. Spent countless hours this game, disregarding the fact that its been out for a while. Surprisingly you can still easily find matches online.

This game is great for those who love great visuals. The gameplay is pretty linear, but it makes it easy to get the story. You get a decent amount of freedom when it comes to combat.

Short single player campaign but it was very enjoyable. Nice break from all the open world games, the story was very directed and focused.

After hearing about this game for months I decided to pick it up. It's a great game. Good visuals and fun gameplay.

My husband and I aren't very religious gamers but enjoy a day/night here and there playing Xbox. My husband found this game in the preowned section and we decided to give it a try, and so glad we did! Very fun game!! And the graphics are insane!
