It is a Power Ranger sequel. That being said it is a movie for the younger audience. However if you are into their home theater arena, this movie is a must. It’s Dolby Vision color accuracy is stunning and Dolby Atmos sounds effect will blow you away!!!! This is one of the best Dolby Atmos movies I ever watch. It has become one of my demo movies.

I'm not a big Power Rangers fan, but the movie was better than I expected. The soundtrack is great. The blu-ray video and audio quality is top notch as expected.

The exclusive packing of the movie is pretty cool and I like the artwork better than any of the other releases. Only problem is the materials don't seem to be the highest quality since there's a lot of noticeable creases and dents on the corners. It felt a little cheap and was a little underwhelming in person. But the rest of it is really good, the character cards that come with it are glossy and shinny and the rest of it looks pretty good. A solid, if not perfect edition of the movie.

Say what you will about this movie, but I freakin' loved it, a little bit more than I should and a little bit more than I thought I would. I did go in with lowered expectations just to be safe, but looking back, I think I could've been a little more excited than I was going in. It is quite different from the original series, but the premise is almost identical. Just be aware it contains coarse language from time to time, so don't let your kids watch it, then repeat whatever they want from it.

A little slow but it's the best Power Rangers movie out of the 3. I like that they finally made one with an orgin story and took it back to the original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. The Rangers, I grew up watching. I wish they could have put Mighty Morphin as the name of this movie. So, fans would know because it's like so many different kinds of Power Rangers. Not as cheesy as the other 2 movies and hope they make a sequel. So, I can finally see the Green Ranger on the big screen.

I loved how the Dolby Vision looked. I also loved the audio track. Sounded great on my 5.1. I went in to this movie with very low expectations and rather enjoyed it. I have a massive nostalgia shield over the OG show so I can't say that this tops it but it's an alright time.

Go, go, power rangers. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers... While the movie was good, and entertaining it's biggest weakness was one of it's biggest stars Elizabeth Banks. While I have loved her in other movies, and know she is very talented, her depiction of the very well known villain Rita Repulsa left me repulsed and leaving me with something to be desired. My hope is that when they bring in Lord Zed they add a bit more character and humanity rather than a bizarre lizard like caricature.

Wasnt terrible, but definitely not amazing. Kids thought it was ok but nothing compared to the original mighty morphin power rangers.

I grew up on the original TV series and while I recognized how cheesy it was, it was a fun show. The movies that followed did not hold up to those standards though; and with all the failed attempted reboots these days, I did not expect much from this movie. But I was pleasantly surprised by how well it handled the material and gave it more realism and more heart, making it a fun entry into the franchise. Enjoyable for non-fans, highly recommended for fans.

I honestly LOVED this movie, and loved it even more the second time watching it. Being an origin story you can't expect them to be Power Rangers right from the get go, and I think that was executed really well. To my knowledge there had never been a back story as to where the Rangers came from, and that was presented here for the first time and I really liked that. I can't wait to see what's next in these movies, and I'm really looking forward to more sequels.

Not bad, the acting was pretty bad, but I guess that's what to be expected from young actors. Rita was played well by Banks, however seemed to be a bit shallow, so I wish Rita and Gordon had a bit more backstory... however, there was a bit too much backstory with the kids. Less talk, more fight! I wish they implemented how the zords came together for the Megazord, but it is what it is. Overall, not bad. Look forward to a sequel if there is one.

Now this is a Best Buy exclusive of the "Saban's Power Rangers" in 2017 this year and it's awesome great super fantastic very cool movie also I've been a major huge big Fan of the entire series of the Power Rangers for the past 21 years plus the recent "Power Rangers: Ninja Steel" is terrific I actually own every season ever made with the exception of Ninja Steel but when it does become available I'll be adding it to My collection I love Power Rangers!

Overall a pretty good movie. it looks and sounds great and the plot is okay. I'm not exactly sure who I would recommend this movie to though. Its a bit far from the original for die hard fans and probably an odd movie without nostalgia.

Never seen this movie until I watched it when I got home from BB. I think the movie was great. Great picture and sound. Dolby Atmos played well. Purchased during Black Friday sale for $5!!! Can’t got wrong for a 4K Blu-ray copy for that price!

Waited until this one was priced just right before I bought this one. I must say, I was surprised of the effort that was made to update this old worn out series into something that everyone could enjoy. Great special effects, and good acting all around (Elizabeth Banks was a bit over the top but nevertheless fun to watch). Didn’t see it in the theater, but worked for me at home. Looking forward and hoping they continue the series.

Like every other old licensed property, Power Rangers got a movie. While not perfect, its a fun reinvention of this concept with a modern edge and twist. This 4K disc looks fantastic, giving the movie the presentation it deserves.

My teenage daughter is a big fan of Power Rangers. She insisted I watch it with her. (She had already seen it in the theater). Definitely love how they've updated their costumes! Major difference from the stretchy lycra they always seem to wear. It is still a little kids movie and it was somewhat entertaining. Wish it was a little less corny, but then again it's a kids movie. Surprising, I ended up watching it to the end.

I thought the movie was pretty good. I also liked how they kept it mostly traditional to the original Power Rangers and didn't completely change it like they did with those God-awful Transformers movies. The end of the movie was pretty cheesy, and the mega-zord did not look cool at all. But it was a good movie done in similar ilk as Chronicle. It's worth watching at least once even if Power Rangers is not your thing...

I think for a first movie it was good hope that the second would be better did not see power rangers till the end

I've loved Power Rangers since I was 8 or 9 years old. I saw the very first episode and fell in love with the series. I'm in my 30's now and I still rather enjoyed this movie. Great cameos from Amy Jo Johnson and Jason David Frank. The packaging is neat but I really enjoyed the collector cards that came with it. I ordered 4 of these movies. 1 for my brother, 1 for my son, 1 for me, and 1 to leave unopened as keep with my toys.
