The foldable screen protector is nice to have but it gets air bubbles in the middle every time i close the phone. Im sure once i take it to work it will get dust in it and start coming off. But it may have just been put on wrong. The guy who did it was javing a tough time on it.

The outside of the protector is still in great shape after several weeks of use, however, the inside of this protector never worked. I watched the video three or four times before beginning this little project and as soon as I closed the phone, the plastic popped up. It's horrible and although I have left it on, you can barely see thru it. Very disappointed!!!

Every device that I've had ever since when iPods first came along, I've always gotten screen/device protectors and put them on myself. This is the first one I've ever experienced where air bubbles stay trapped and you really have to force it in. Not only that, the rear cover of the phone tore at the edge as I was pushing an air bubble out. Meaning, it is not as durable/protective as they advertise it. Was the price worth it? Definitely not. I was better off buying some knock off on Amazon or eBay and saving myself some extra money. Would I buy from this brand again? Definitely not. Not when it can't do its own job per the instructions on getting air bubbles out. I should have just left the factory thin screen protectors on instead of peeling it off and wasting the extra money on an aftermarket one. I would take a picture of the tear to share, but my phone can't take a selfie of itself, so I can't share it.

Not good at all. There's 2 screen protectors. The one for outside doesn't protect the phone screen. if you drop it, you will get a broken screen. The one inside doesn't stick good to the 2nd screen.

Do not buy, a tech member they're had a pain of a time to "install" it, it has an ugly feel and look to it, oily look. And the screen protector for the foldable screen doesn't even stick on and constantly 'pops' off and has a giant bubble.

Terrible Product. Extremely difficult for the Best Salesperson to install. lots of air bubbles.

This product Best Buy tech support can't even fit on my new phone so its no such thing that Best Buy carries this product and sell in the store. It will ruin Best Buy's business because the product is useless.

Assembly instructions were a little unclear at first (2 sets of them) but overall no issue with the product.

like old protectors from years ago, it feels softer and almost has a bit of squishy-ness to it. But it does have to fold with the screen so I didn't expect glass

I saw this didn’t have very good reviews before I purchased. I gave it a chance anyway. It’s a poop product and I’m disappointed in Best Buy for selling this garbage

I really like this case with the exception that it doesn't cover the hinges. The color is beautiful and it fits perfectly.

It didnt stick to the inner Fold screen. Once i open the phone the whole middle part is out of the screen. The side cover didnt even stay stuck for a minute.

This is one helluva phone ... put it in my cart to buy at least 5 times, researched the heck out of it ... all kinds of youtube videos ... so very glad I finally purchased it. Also, the Bestbuy crew, many of them that helped during and after the sale, were just outstanding when it comes to knowledge and assistance, kudos to them.

Horrible just not great quality for that price. I'd recommend that best buy bring in whitestone dome..
