I recently switched over from iphone to samsung and im in love with how fast the connection is andhow clear the screen is even in dorect sunlight! Its very responsive and i love that youre able to customize it

Though it was a little bit difficult to get the film started pealing back to remove it, but not a big deal. Since I' rating the phone cover, I'll give it 4 stars. The service on the other hand was a bit of a problem. I dealt with four incidents dealing with three different people, that showed a consistent lack of training of the staff. I talked with the store manager who was very new to the job. He assured me that training would be put in place to prevent the type of treatment I received. Since part of the problem was a price dispute (I was told one price and charged another), I also received a refund of the difference. So overall, I was pretty pleased except for the original hassle. I felt very assured that nothing like that would happen again.
