I'll have an extra in case something happens." Nope. Used both right out the gate. There was some sort of...particles (I don't know what it was, some sort of small specks) on the adhesive side of the first one I used and I didn't see it until it was too late. Of course, the stuff between my screen and the protector meant the air bubbles couldn't be smoothed over. Removed it, applied second one. It has some sort of imperfection and the adhesive on the backside or something, because (in spite of being perfectly smoothed down with no air bubbles or anything) my screen looks dirty along one edge and in 3 corners. Not pleased with product. Will look into a refund.
