I ordered this from the Best Buy online website describe as screen protector for Motorola G Moto G stylus and it did not state for any specific year. I ordered it along with the brand new phone I ordered the Moto G stylus 5G 2024 and they did not have any other options available said 2024 specifically. I also paid Best Buy $8 to apply the screen protector to my phone only to find out after they installed it on my phone they said it was the wrong one it doesn't fit they said to call customer support and see what they'll do. I'm a Best Buy app on the Best Buy site in my account I clicked on product support underneath that product and talk to customer support. They advised me to return the product to the store for a in-store credit. Arrived at the store explained it in the manager told the associate they could not return it I went out the door frustrated this is not how you treat customers. Wrong I've had this problem before with other things at Best Buy and Best Buy is the only company I've ever had problems like this with I don't understand it this is non-american. Also according to Best Buy under my account and that product it said I had until today to return it I tried to return it yesterday: I enclosed a screenshot of my account stating that I was able to return the product.

The 2 pack is great to have, since the first screen protector already cracked. Probably my fault to trying/pressing to hard to rub the air bubbles/pockets out and causing it to prematurely crack. I already put the 2nd one on, and there are a few minor air bubbles/pockets that remain, but I am extra cautious to rub them out as instructed since I might crack the 2nd screen protector.

Not only was I sold the wrong screen protector, I was treated like garbage by the staff in the cell phone section. I left very upset and came back upset just to find out that Best buy only backs up zagg protectors. Please inform your salesmen this... I bought a brand new phone model 2023. I did not deserve to be treated like garbage.i had just left Verizon to buy a new phone and came here. It was disheartening and really hurt my feelings to be treated so poorly. and yes I told the folks up front, nothing happened...

The fellow Shane helped me, but I think it was another fellow who put on my protective cover on my phone. He did a good job and only took a few minutes to do.

It's too big for the phone for which it's intended. I installed the screen protector fine, but then when I put on the case, it started bubbling up around the edges.
