To be blunt, this was probably one of my most regretted anime purchases of all times, and i've been convinced to get some pretty bad ones over the years. the plotline of the series had promise, but the shoddy voice acting of the characters and poor implementation pretty much killed any chance it had with me. As a primarily romance anime, Saikano can really only appeal to a limited fanbase to begin with. The characters do have some charm to them, though the cliches of highschool characters are definately apparent. All in all, if you can handle the poor voice acting, little to no action, and a rather predictable story, but enjoy romantic stories, then you may be able to stomach Saikano. Otherwise, i'd advise you all to stand well clear
