I've been using this microphone for years. It has held up very well and still works as well as it did the day I bought it. I've used it on countless Skype sessions, Audacity recordings, and I've recently started using it on Twitch live streams. I love that all the microphone needs is a single USB A-B cable. It works flawlessly on every Windows and Mac OSX machine I have tried it on. It sounds great out of the box and it sounds even better if you want to take the extra time to set up a virtual mixing console like Voice Meeter (Watch the GamingCareers YouTube Video on how to get your microphone to sound better for a tutorial) Overall you really cannot go wrong with this microphone. Quality wise, it's a toss up between this and the Blue Yeti which costs slightly more, If you aren't sure you want to spend the $100, the Blue Snowball is a capable mic for half the price. This was great for the price. The audio recorded came out excellent, but at a lower volume than desired. Nothing post production couldn't fix, but I'd prefer it to record a little louder.

For a first time recording mic for my son this was a good deal and does a good job. For the price it’s a good deal. Many other higher quality but you also pay for the higher quality.

The microphone itself is awesome. I am starting a podcast and I love the way it sounds. It's pretty sensitive but it also comes with some "dummy" instructions for newbies like me who don't know what we're doing just yet. Thanks to those instructions, I was able to get better at using it pretty quickly. Plus, I mean, come on - sitting in front of a table-top mic? I feel like a rockstar! The program it comes with for audio recording is good once you figure out how to use it. The program itself has instructions that are not very user-friendly for beginners. I found myself swearing at the program more than once. My only advice is to keep at it. :) I also didn't like the headset that came with this mic. It was painful and not very adjustable - it sat a solid inch and a half above my head at the shortest! Thankfully I had another set of nice bluetooth headphones that I used instead, but I was pretty bummed about the headphones that came with. The mic stand is really sturdy in every spot EXCEPT where the mic sits. I gesticulate when I talk, so I've bumped the mic a few times (I'm a newbie, remember?) and when I do this, the mic is apt to flop right out of the stand and I'm lucky if I catch it before it hits the table. I'm learning to keep my hands to myself, but I didn't realize it wasn't very stable in the holder. All in all, the set is a great set for beginners. Take the time to really get to know the program if you're new, and make sure you have a backup set of headphones just in case the ones that come with don't fit.

I needed a high quality microphone for training materials I was posting on-line. The headset with mike was good, but picked up too much background noise. The cardiod mike solved all the problems. The headset is good acoustics but not that comfortable for long sessions. The free mixing software is powerful but requires patience to learn.

This is an amazing microphone for everything for streaming to recording studio-quality vocals!

I got this mic to use for voice recording, streaming and voice chat and it is great for all of these uses. The included headphones are not anything special, but are useful for monitoring during voice recording if you don't already have a decent pair.

Fantastic value for streaming or using for discord chat on PC. Easy to overlook this option when Blue microphones kind of dominate the section. But for a USB mic this was a quality option.

I use it to dictate medical records, letters, research papers and the like. It's really very good and picks things up well.

Got this for the local podcast and the set up perfect. Sounds great and the integrated headphones do a great job of monitoring the mic and the ambient noise. Very pleased with my purchase.

Got this for video blogging. Works great, sounds great, but takes a little tweaking to get it to be recognized by she systems/programs.

this mic is good for starting up. Its not that expensive and it comes with some recording software. sound quality pretty good. I would suggest building a sound booth.

This is one of the most used product of my all purchases. I love this too much for it's quality.

Condenser microphone quality was very good. Configuration was simple, and MOTU Audio Desk 5 software download was free.
