I bought a new place and needed a microwave, my old place I had separate microwave and convection oven. This is combined! It has taken me awhile to figure out how to use some of the functions, but I am very happy with this purchase. The oven does not go above 400 degrees, so my French fries aren't very crispy.

My wife loves the convection oven. It cooks and browns like its supposed to. Microwave is too hard to use. Microwave is not all that powerful, and it takes too many steps to use. The convection oven is easy to use, it comes with chrome stands to cook different foods. My wife really likes the convention part.

Without spending a lot of money this microwave has some nice features. The pull down door is great for where it is placed. Convention features are a new to us, and have worked great for the items I tried them on.

You can tell from the price. If you're going to use this microwave as oven and cooking various dishes, then it is worth the price. However, there are too much too remember, or you'll have to refer to your manual every time you want to cook different dishes. You'll need to follow instructions and scenarios from the user manual.

ok the microwave works great. The convection oven works well. Other features have been difficult to understand because the manual is not user friendly. I really think it is just a terrible instruction book but that is a roadblock to using the whole machine. I suspect it won't replace an air fryer but I can't be sure the problem isn't just that I haven't figured out how to use the machine. It seems super sturdy and built well. I like the keypad controls and the turn knob control too. Now that I'm used to turn knob, I wish I always had one. You can decrease or increase cooking in 10 second increments time while microwave is running which is great.

So far I love this. The instructions are very brief and I would love to have a receipe book. I went online and found one that is put out by samsung however it is gourmet type cooking. I am not interested in gourmet cooking. I just want some simple recipes so I can get used to using it. I already use it everyday but I would use it for more things if I knew what I was doing.

I bought this because it has convection, grill, air fry, and microwave features. It is amazing to cook in so you don’t have to heat up the whole house for two people (especially in the summer).

Works well. There are a few quirky things about the product: the door opens down, not swinging from the left as with most microwave ovens. The controls are a bit strange- you can't program in a time directly. There is a knob to turn to adjust time, once you start the oven with a 30 sec. increment. This oven seems really well made.

The combination oven cooks in more ways than I know how to cook. So far I have used as a microwave to reheat and cook popcorn, the auto sense feature for fresh vegetables, and the auto convection to cook salmon. Everything has turned out perfectly. As time goes by I hope to try all of the other features. This oven replaced a 29 year old Samsung microwave and I hope it will last at least 1/2 as long. I have been very happy with this purchase.

I use this more than my electric range/oven. First it has convection oven feature. This can be combined with microwave at the same time to cook the middle while getting a nice oven crisp on frozen foods. It can Slim Fry which is fantastic and can be combined with microwave as well. And it can grill meat etc. The sensor for popcorn works perfectly too. I haven't found any issues and I still have more awesome things to find out.

I’ve been playing ing with this on things like frozen pot stickers, empanadas and premodern pizza dough. I love how it browns and cooks. And I can’t seem to over-cook or burn anything. I can make one big chocolate chip cookie or six smaller ones and they’re perfect every time. I just follow the handy guides. The sensor really works.

This combo microwave-convection oven-air fryer-grill works well. Pros: - the drop down door (why we bought it in the first place) - reasonably priced - the larger glass plate and the two grills and the grilling plate ... and we broke the glass plate but had no problem finding a reasonably priced replacement Cons: - Controls are not clear... - Directions too complicated, combining device functions with recipes... ... a "How To" app or website would be soooo nice.

For a small apartment, this is perfect. It combines both microwave and conventional oven. Control is okay, needs a little time to get use to. The oven works pretty good, no problem for making small cake or pizza. I haven't try anything big like a chicken or roast beef.

This is a fantastic little oven. There are several modes of operation consisting of different combinations of microwave energy, upper grill element, and a hot convective air heat source. The oven has always done an excellent job ranging from reheating a mug of coffee to perfectly baking a batch of stuffed Cornish hens. I am completely satisfied.

I purchased this microwave because of the smaller size. I didn’t know anything about a convection microwave and boy am I impressed. It cooks everything so perfectly it’s literally the best microwave I’ve ever had! Definitely worth the money I highly recommend

This is working well after a few months! However, it is not the easiest to use. It is NOT intuitive. You will have to read the manual. Also, while sitting on an average counter. The controls are difficult to make out. I like the convection, But, I wish I would have bought a different model.

I haven't figured out all the features of this Samsung Countertop Convection/ Microwave. I've only had it for a couple of months but so far so good. It had some not so nice reviews but I love it!

This unit’s functions take a little time to get used to, but once you do, they become second nature and perform very well.

When operating the instrument makes noise. There is vibration on microwave mode.
