There are great preset buttons that make it easy. I like the grilling feature.

Solid product for the money!! Easy to use, convection oven is great.

Very nice unit but very heavy and has a big footprint. Seems to do everything well but the lack of a more detailed instruction manual or cooking guide is a problem. Without which, it's difficult to get the maximum benefits from this capable and complicated machine.

I've had this microwave for over 6 months now. It exceeded my expectations. I use it to mostly toast my pizzas and it always come out perfect, especially with sensor cook option. This is the best microwave in my opinion out there right now.

When I opened the box, it looked very small. After using it, the inside is quite roomy. Complicated controls and It's noisier than my 15yo microwave? Also I don't like that the door opens flat, instead of being hinged on the side like most microwaves!

I know I could have gone the more popular path and chosen a white microwave, but with the recent protests raising awareness to the systemic injustices in our nation, I made the decision to purchase this beautiful black microwave. I was not disappointed with my choice. The sensor cooking works fantastically whether I'm microwaving potatoes or popcorn. I inaugurated the PowerGrill feature with a strip steak less than a week after purchase and, while the Well Done setting actually cooked it closer to Medium Rare, the steak tasted better than I expected from a microwave oven. Highly recommended, and buying one of these babies will make you seem more "woke" than you actually are.

Many features to discover and experiment with. Positive: uses less counter space due to microwave and convection oven/grill capabilities. Negative: only toasts 1 side of bread slice, complicated instructions, less power than my old microwave

I bought one of these Samsung microwaves back in 2018. This year the light went out in the oven and I brought it back for exchange. I had bought a two year extended warranty on the one I bought in 2018. So the one that I have now is a duplicate exchange of what I had. I had to buy another extended warranty on the new exchange. I was not too happy about buying another extended warranty since I had another year on the other microwave. I would have given it a better rating, but I was not too happy about the warranty program. I see where you have this as a purchase, but it was only an exchange plus the cost of a new warranty.

I had the larger version of this same model but this smaller one seems to do the same job and takes up less space! Also love the front pull-down door - this is one of the main reasons I purchased this model.

My wife did not notice that there was no keypad. I did not look before she ordered it. It does a very good job, convection and microwave. Its just a little hard to get set how you want it.

Customer service at Best Buy was superb when first shipment was lost in transit, another shipped out promptly. Product arrived well packed with accessories inside. We have gradually figured out how to use the microwave part of the oven, but disappointed it did not come with a more informative manual which is available for download from Samsung. Our greatest disappointment with this product is that unlike our older model microwave that quit on us, this one does not have a timer! I miss that a lot. Now with the more detailed User Manual, we have had good success with the grill feature and the microwave. Have not tried any combination features yet.

Works great with lots of features and easy to use. I did 4 stars instead of 5 because there is no lights on the front so it's hard to see at night.

Purchased recently, this microwave convection has many features. I'm still learning how to use them all. My one complaint with Samsung is that they don't include an instruction book. You can download one but you can't limit printing to the half in English. Frustrating. If you're looking for a basic microwave, this probably isn't it. When I actually can get the user manual, I will be able to comment on the other features.

Great microwave! This countertop microwave is the perfect size - not too big and not too small. Also has some great features!

This microwave is very versatile and almost replaces my toaster oven....many more uses since it's a convection microwave!
