They sold me an "open box" microwave and I knew it was open box. They mentioned it would include all the installation hardware and when we found the time to install we found out that it did not include the bracket to install. When we called they didn't have a solution for me that wasn't going to cost me "MORE." Dissapointed.

Looks great snd works great…but, directions and processes are NOT USER FRIENDLY. Makes little sense, especially the “quick guide”. It is as if they included the wrong directions. Gennerally, the directions are very poorly written and confusing. No Touch Pad light so you can’t see it without turning another room light on. You can’t select sounds to turn on/off—only all on or all off. Fan is good and strong. Lights are good and bright, but bulbs are haligen not LED. They burn hot and can burn you if accidentally toching them. Samsung has not met my expectations.

Don't buy open box from Bestbuy

Second open box microwave I try to buy from bestbuy. It was an open box "good". It looked good, but didn't have any of the accessories. We noticed that it came with extra mounting bolts and that the originals were thread damaged. When trying to fit the new bolts we noticed that the mounting nuts where damaged too. Since I didn't find out soon enough and the return period already passed, I'm stuck with an unmountable microwave and even if I want to buy the accessories to replace the missing ones I'm gonna be spending more money than the value of a new microwave.

This microwave stopped heating up before the 1st year was even over. Id never recommend this and best buy is useless. Spent $500 on a microwave for it to not even last a year.

Do Not Buy - Hidden Cost

Purchased this microwave a year or so ago. The microwave is ok BUT it has 2 Charcoal Air Filters that Samsung recommends changing every 6-months. The filter costs $138 at Samsung (and is on back order); The same OEM filter is available at sears parts for $100. And that is for one of the 2 you will need. So $200 to change filters every 6 months for a $400 microwave!!!! Cheapest non-OEM is $40, but to think that Samsung wants to charge you $280 on their site every 6-months is highway robbery. I would have chosen a different brand with more readily available OEM parts if I knew.

This poduct does not have sensor cook. However, if you do an on line search and sort for sensor cook it is included. I was disappointed after it was installed to find this out. "auto cook" does not use sensor technology, but depends on the user to indicate the quantity.
