So I thought this would be a great idea. Less space in a new kitchen reno. I was wrong. If I was 6'4" or greater than this would have been great. But i'm not. It was way too high and made it very difficult to see what you were doing. Also It would not keep time. It was randomly adding time to the clock which made no sense. I've never had a microwave not be able to keep time. I even made double sure I was not somehow changing it. However I was not, it would just randomly add a minute or 3 to the clock. Not the timer for cooking but the actual clock. So we took it down and returned it. Just was not happy at all with it and bought a standard over the stove one. Which I'm perfectly happy with.

An utter nightmare to install. The very worst experience I've ever had trying to install an appliance. Do not try to install this yourself--hire someone and good luck. The installation bracket is terrible. Very hard to line up--doesn't hold weight--bends metal when not aligned. Where do I start with how awful and painful the installation process was. Took us 24 hours and repeat visits to hardware stores to get something to carry the heavy weight of the machine so we could align it properly. It should not have been this hard to install. It's a terrible design.

I bought this last year. One month after the one year “Warranty” expires, this stupid thing stopped heating food. Samsung wants $140 to check it. Its suppose to be one of the high end slim but support for it sucks. Stay away, just get a whirlpool or LG

Microwave doesn’t hold time properly. Randomly adds time as it’s cooking, when I press a button it will randomly do something else. Unfortunately I’m outside the return period by 26 days

This Mike R wave works great I have fat fingers sometimes I turn on the light And sometimes I turned on the fan . The door is very big it's long and sometimes I hit my head on it when my girlfriend leaves it open. The mikerowave makes great popcorn it's good I like popcorn .

100% Frustration with Best Buy

I bought this microwave with Bestbuy, the screws to replace the light under the microwave can't be removed because they are broken.
Spoke 4 x times already with Best Buy, and they charged me for a replacement and installation. They came two times and none of the people that came had the order to uninstall the broken microwave and install the new one.... 100% frustration.

Microwave just stop working. Support was terrible.After unplugging it and plugged it in again it went crazy and burnt the plastic I had inside to cover the food and the glass exploded.Technical support gave the worst service.Never replaced it and said it works again.

Looks beautiful, and love the slim profile, but it broke after less than a year. Rather than fix it, BB replaced it with a new one. The turntable on the new one didn't work! Now we are having to schedule another visit to fix that!
