Got a c-f2 error, which is the touch pad is broken or cable to the touch pad or the board itself. Should have got extended warranty.

Worked great until now (only 60 days later). Microwave no longer heats up. Customer service is non existent for help. Would recommend Whirlpool over this

I would’ve given it -1 star! The unit stopped working after 1 week. The sent a new unit with two little Mexicanos . No Habla. No installer. They took the unit back. ‘We no install” they say. BBY is BS I say!

The microwave does give me the room I needed and I love it, it works. BUT after three months one of the light bulbs went out and the one bulb costs $38.00 and Samsung wants an additional $10.00 to ship it almost $50.00 for a bulb! Its under warranty right not so they are sending a technician to install for free. If I had known this I don't think I would have bought it. I have looked every where for a bulb comparable to this microwave and its not out there, so after the warranty runs out $50.00 for a bulb. The only other thing is when I open the door to the microwave the fan button is so close to that section I sometimes accidently turn it on and it scares me because I think I have turned the microwave on, only to realize its the fan which is really loud.
