Love the microwave and the way it senses things when you cooking or defrosting and love the notifications to my phone. The only con is that the keyboard control does not light up. Very disappointing.

My husband and I installed this microwave tonight. I love the LED lighting and extra strong fan. It fits the space nicely. At this time, I have zero complaints on the functionality because the buttons all work and it turns on. My only complaint is the instructions. The template is off and caused us a lot of grief lining up the screws on top. We had to take it down several times to redrill holes. It is very heavy and that was not pleasant.

Beat microwave we ever purchased. We love this. Yes, it sticks out beyond cabinets. It’s sleek and slimline. Definitely recommend!! Make sure you READ the installation instructions or have it installed for you.
It stopped heating up food 7 months after purchase

Received the microwave as a Christmas gift. By the following July 4 holiday, the microwave won’t heat anything up any longer. Was working fine for the first seven months, but all of a sudden, it won’t heat anything up. Basic troubleshooting steps haven’t worked. There’s better microwaves out there to get before this one. It looks nice and it being “slim” is convenient. The button to turn the fan on will be accidentally pressed because of its placement. If there’s not enough lights on in the kitchen, you cant see what buttons you’re pressing. And, it’s not working after only seven months. There are cheaper microwaves that may not be slim, but they operate more efficiently. I don’t recommend this product.
We understand that having a microwave that stopped heating can be frustrating. Let us assist.

I love the look! Only thing i did not care for (which i have accepted now) is the depth of this microwave. We hardly use one so i just wanted a smaller one but it sticks out quite a bit past the cabinets. Exhaust works great!

Reason #1 would be that you cannot put a stanfing bag of microwave rice in this. Well, you can, but you have to cut off more than the tear off top. It gets annoying. It is not height accomodating. #2. After cooking a frozen freezer pizza, the microwave turned itself off and wouldnt start back up. The microwave was so hot to the touch it could have burned my hand touching it. When i opened the microwave door a rush of HOT air whooshed out. While it didnt burn my face it didnt feel good either. Sorta like opening your oven door. Samsung states they will “fix” the issue but after this i am completely uncondortable fixing this. I would simply avoid this one if only because of the very short stature and then because after only 3 months it broke!!

We placed an order for this three weeks ago and delivery was scheduled for the 16th. On the 16th we get a message that they're preparing our order...and then we get nothing. When I call Customer Service, they can't give me any information other than to say that it will now be in on the 19th. And now we're out to the 22nd and once again we've heard NOTHING. I called customer service last night and after being told that the rep couldn't see anything on ETA in the system, when I asked to speak to someone else who could possibly help me, she started yelling at me that nobody else can see anything either and then hung up on me. I've never had issues with Best Buy in the past and we spend a lot of money there, but I am so seriously disappointed in the lack of customer support and the run around we've been given on a item that their website said was already at their warehouse. There is a reason big box stores are starting to fold in favor of smaller sellers.
