We're loving our new slim microwave! We paired it with a low profile double oven and the combination of the two really opened up the space.

The slim size of our microwave fits well in out kitchen. It has taken a little time to find all the features and I don’t like it when the timer display reverts back to the current time with a little picture of a clock face in the corner indicating that the timer is still on. I didn’t know how to get the timer back so I could see how long it had left on it. I finally discovered that if I clicked on the clock icon it would show.

If you're considering a range hood, this would be a solid replacement. You still get the additional head clearance and a powerful 550 cfm motor, but with the perk of being able to keep the microwave off the counter. Everyone who has visited our house has complimented it. My only complaint thus far is I've had some issues getting Alexa to respond to it. It will turn on and off the light fine, but for whatever reason, it doesn't want to turn on the fan with my voice. There are two other alternatives in the slim over range space, a whirpool and a kitchenaid. It certainly feels nicer than the whirlpool(and cheaper for that matter). The kitchenaid is a nicer model, but lose 50 CFM and you're out another $300. This one definitely seems like the best value of the three.

Excellent look and design - nice lighting, keys are difficult to see at night. - as they do not light up - other wise works great.

The unit has more wattage for cooking, the vent function is powerful, the height allows for taller pots on the stove, the extension out over the stove so it vacuums out from all 5 burners. The different cooking modes are taking a while to learn, I like that the handle is built in so no breaking the handle! Inside cleans easily. Watch the delivery - the first delivery had a crushed left side. The second delivery was missing the installation instructions and templates. Lost about 11 days to finally get a good unit to install.

I love how much more room I have above my stove now. I'm tall so it's not too high for me, but for someone not as tall, you may have a few issues because it is higher up. Also, the reason I gave it 4 stars is that I don't like how when I open or close the door, I always push the fan or light button. those seem to be in an odd place.

NIce microwave. Very, VERY loud exhaust fan. Easy to hit fan and/or light buttons when opening and closing door. Wi-fi works well. Recommended, but is quirky as stated above.

Love the size. My only complaint is it needs a backlit keypad.

The unit fits great above our cooktop. The installation was standard. The exhaust fan removes fumes, smoke, etc. effectively. Overall, I am happy with the microwave. Have not used any of the smart features at this point.

I like how small, practical and tech this is. It works with the app great, the ONLY thing is bothersome is when u go to open it sometimes u press (with your thumb) the airvent button and catches you off guard!. Bad design!.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase Best Buy Installation services. They installed a refrigerator in my house however they installed incorrectly and cause water damage to my home. Best Buy later denied installing the refrigerator although my paperwork and home cameras shows they did. The deliver team lied about installing the refrigerator. After being a Best Buy customer and rewards member for over 20 I have decided to never use Geek Squad or Best Buy installation services EVER AGAIN

very sleek design and worked out great for what we needed. Giving us more counter space by eliminating our counter microwave

Love the slim fit for over my stove. Good size capacity even though smaller. Not the best button options as you have to scroll through for power level - wish that was a button itself for faster operation.
