its hard to see it in the room if there is not enough light light up the key board would be nice

This microwave heats up food faster than my previous one. This also features a pan you can use to cook meat or chicken. I haven't tried this feature yet but will look into it. Instead of using the oven to bake smaller portion of meat or chicken, we can do this in the microwave.

Got my grandmother a new microwave for chrismas and was skeptical at first since there’s many options.but let me tell you this thing does it all and is more then a microwave...retoasted leftovers and it was like it was fresh out the oven. Awesome

So I purchase this for my mother in law and thought ok just a microwave no big deal but this thing looks amazing. I liked it so much that I try convincing her to trade it to me. It’s not load either like the current one I use.

I am still getting used to all the functions this offers. The only thing that gets a little annoying is pulling out then putting back in the second teir cooker but it isnt being used too often but I like having the toasting tray & 2 teir cooking/heating available.

This Samsung microwave is a awesome. Everything you need in a microwave, and more. The size of microwave allows you to cook a variety of food. This is also a serves as an oven and comes with a standing tray. Great for parties, personal use or whatever you desire!!!

Haven't really used all of the extended features (the grill). We used it once for fish sticks and it worked; down side is you can really only cook 4-5 fish sticks at one time. Other than that, no complaints.

My satisfaction with my new microwave could have to do more with how many more features it has than our dinosaur that died. In any case, we're delighted. One of the perks is that it tells us the appropriate length of time for each type of food. Yay!

This microwave is a huge step up from our previous model. The microwave itself runs really quiet, and we love that you can turn off the signals that normally go off when the microwave stops. This is a great feature when you have a sleeping baby around.

Another great Samsung offering. Our entire home is Samsung exclusive. This microwave is no exception. Many features, consistent heating, reheating, etc Looks great on our quartz countertop.

I've tried all the features including the crisper pan to make nuggets for my toddler, I've melted chocolate, cooked a tilapia fillet dinner (from scratch), and made a marvelous baked potato. I love it and as functional it is it also looks great in my kitchen.
