Nice looking microwave

So you can put some hot wings and instead of having some hot dry wings , you get like " just made " wings. And is easy to clean too.

Just a note to buyers online, the pic makes it seem like the unit has a stainless steel kind of look to it. WRONG! The entire door looks like a mirror instead.. which is very cool just unexpected. You can see the food when the light turns on inside..but yeah...SHINY! Enjoy the pic :D

I received it as promised. It didn't open it because I was still busy setting up the apartment. Pros: The microwave is efficient and delivers the expected temperature when I heat or cook my food. The look is clean and the stainless steel is nice Cons; Product: 1- I was disappointed that the panel is not lit. I usually keep the apt dark before I get to sleep and I rely on the computer and night lite to move around. If I have to heat some left over, I will have to turn the main kitchen light which ruins my body clock. 2- The door does not open when I press the button so I have to use both hands, one to push the button and one to open the door Cons; Shipping: When the box arrived, it didn't show any damage. after I get around to using it, I noticed that the back end of the box is bent. I let it go because it was functioning OK. I think the door mechanism failed because of the damaged box In summary: I am happy with the Microwave. I wish I opened it as soon as I received it.

For what ever reason microwave manufacturers have stopped including a feature in the controls such that you can silence the annoying beeps when entering cook time and when the cycle is done. But....we found the Samsung 3020CM model which has a easy to use "sound" button to turn off the annoying beeps. This model also has a porcelain interior which is much more durable than the painted interiors of just about all microwaves we have looked at recently. In addition to the helpful "sound" button, this model is very stylish and sharp looking. If you are in the market for a microwave oven, we 100% endorse Samsung!

Well pleased with my purchase.

However, when I began using this, I knew I made a right decision. I like how it looks quite fancy on an old kitchen countertop, and the eco function of it. It does a great job in reheating food and in grilling porkchop. I just love it!

- A:Answer The food isn't as visible as most microwaves unless you shut all the lights off. I don't specifically stare at my food when it's heating up. So I didn't mind the mirrored door when I purchased it. But if you indeed like to make sure your food is always visible from a distance, I would advise against getting this.

Q: QuestionMicrowave doesn't heat up it comes on like it's working but when we take the food out it's still cold. Above the time to the right it's a diamond flashing and when we press start it goes out does that indicate that there is something wrong

- A:Answer It does rotate and you can't turn it off. That's not a bug, it's a feature. The turntable rotates in order to cook the food evenly. Without it you would get spots overcooked and spots undercooked..
