The numerals are too small and dark. Cord is too short. We will have to have an electrician put in an outlet that cord will reach. I am using it on a slightly taller than countertop. Very disappointing to have to make electrical modifications

It is a perfect microwave and oven for single family, fashionable beautiful mirror reflection door makes it unique looks. One little problem to keep clean the door, so I figured not to tauch the door instead I close the door using the edge of the door.

Looks more black than stainless steel. Good product

I like the mute function and its size but who would have thought that 50 watts would make such a difference tp me. No more microwaves less than 1000 watts.

So many functions, upgrades the look of the kitchen. Not only is it a great microwave but it grills and has multi-stage cooking. And a 30s function to add 30 seconds if you need too. Instant cooking settings to boot. I love it!!

I like this microwave, due to its sleek look. It works really well & has a grill feature. The only thing I did not like its size, it was too big for the place. overall everything else is perfect.

For the price, for the capacity, for the wattage, for the features (like the grilling element), this is pretty much the best countertop microwave you can get. The microwave is powerful and the grilling element works great.

The mirror finish microwave is a great addition to the stainless steel kitchen. It matches the appliances well, without the maintenance issues of stainless steel. The functions are typical of other microwaves and the racks are a plus.

Very, very low power. Pops only half bag of popcorn on setting. Takes 3 minutes to warm a cup of coffee. Reallly low power product. Control panel not illuminated; hard to read.

Information at the store did not include the wattage and the sales people didn't have any idea. Would not have bought this model if we knew it was only 950 watts. Takes too much time to cook.

Is it awesome? No is it Horrible? No. It's a microwave you know what it does it microwave things you push the button and it microwaves it's fine really easy to keep clean so neither here nor there it's just a microwave people.

I think Samsung did a good job designing this 1.4 Cubic Ft microwave. The control panel is smartly configured. The convenience and versatility of both grilling and microwave features makes it unique and practical.

Power levels and radiant heater feature makes for flexible appliance. Instruction manual could use some work, many elements are contradictory or just don't work as explained.

Because of height requirements, we could not have an under cabinet microwave installed. So we opted for a countertop. We are so glad we did. This model does more than we could dream of. It is perfect for us and our lifestyle.

Quiet, sleek looking unit. Love that it is illuminated while cooking, so I can easily monitor how it's going. The grilling function is awesome! So handy to have during the quarantine.

Everything works fine on this item contrary to some reviews. There is a cook light and the latch thing it's lockable so just read the instructions as the latch is not broken. You can even turn beeps off and display if you desire.

power is lower than expected. also, the light inside is not bright enough to watch if cheese melts or if something is boiling over.

This is the second purchase of this microwave. That is how satisfied we were with it. Having the ability to bake and brown foods is a game changer. It is wonderful. Crispy stays crispy.

I was surprised at how big this microwave was when I got it all set up. There doesn't seem to be very good lighting inside, or maybe the tint on the door is too dark. At any rate, you can't see very well what you're cooking.

I bought this microwave as a replacement for a standard one at home and it was a great choice. Its beautiful in the kitchen and cooks quickly. Was able to cook eggs and bacon and came out well done. Definitely would recommend it
