I love the mirrored finish on my Microwave. I feel it's extremely different and out of all my new appliances this is what I love the most! I have gotten a lot of compliments and it works well, it gets your food nice & hot!

It is a really good product; so far I have only used it to warm up food, but you can do so much with it; defrost, popcorn, cook potatoes, etc. What I really like about it is the capability of heating two plates at once.

I really hate this microwave. I can't believe that it is put out by a major company like Samsung. I have to believe that this is what happened... they designed it and built it and everyone said... "Hey this thing is pretty". Then they boxed it and shipped it to the stores. I have to believe this because I think anyone with more than a handful of brain cells would have asked some questions like... why did you make the key pad so hard to read? (the lettering is so very tiny and to make things worse the lettering is gray on a black background and it is not even back-lit ... to read the key pad you have to turn the kitchen lights on and it is still hard to read in full daylight with the lights on) or why is pushing the buttons so hard? (the active area or sweet spot of the button is incredibly small and not even in the center of the button). The interior of the microwave is black so when you look in the tiny little light they put in the microwave is ineffective. Another thing that bugs me is after you cook something you get the typical 3 beeps to let you know the cooking has stopped (like who really needs the beeps... especially because the cooking noise is so noisy everyone knows it is finished when the cooking noise stops). The microwave is under-powered. My next microwave will be 1200 Watts. I think this one is 1050 Watts. Would I ever buy this model again? NO! My wife liked it and I agreed with her because she liked it (and I burned up the one we had for years)... does she like it now... NO.

Bought after old microwave kicked the bucket. So far have found it to work well for all purposes. It also looks nice and operates quietly. Haven't really used the convection function, but quality product so far.

I was surprised with what this microwave can do. You can actually roast a chicken in there. You actually put a pizza pan and cook up a in this microwave oven. Just awesome purchase.....

I regret buying this. High power is not the default setting (extra step is needed to select this every time), it takes twice as long to heat as any other microwave I've used (almost 2 minutes to warm up a tiny dipping side of marinara sauce???), and the revolving tray doesn't sit properly in its track so it wobbles around loudly when in use. I wasn't physically able to return it within the short timeframe BestBuy gives you so now I'm stuck with it for a while. I'll end up replacing it with an improvement in the next few months, and lesson learned - you really DO get what you pay for. I read reviews prior to purchase (various website sources, not just here), and somehow it seemed to get more good reviews than bad, which tells me you can't always take these reviews to heart. Make of that what you will.

Good microwave. Countertop microwaves seem smaller than the stovetop kind, so keep this in mind when opting for this type. Still able to fit large plates and medium-ish serving platters. Heats efficiently.

The first microwave failed within a year, but it was replaced thanks to the extended warranty. The replacement is running like a charm for over a year.

2nd one I owned. Works really well for about 3-4 years and then has a problem with the capacitor or something. I don't expect microwaves to be built to last anymore so it just is what it is.

A very stylish looking microwave. The performance is nothing great. I found that heating liquids using the presets was hit or miss. Reheating was also nothing great. Again, hit or miss. I like the easy clean enamel interior, but it's hard to see inside when the interior light is on. This is in part due to the dark enamel color and the denseness of the mesh on the microwave door. As a note, I dont use a microwave for cooking, so I can't review that aspect of it. I ended up returning it for a Panasonic cyclonic inverter microwave. Much happier with that.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with this microwave at all. We have enjoyed using it from day 1 and we still are enjoying it. BTW, my son loves the mirror more than the one in his bathroom!

The best thing to happen to me in regards to Microwave/Convection all in one, lucky me. You can always rely on Samsung products. I own tv, stove, stereo, phones now waiting on my Samsung refrigerator.

I purchased for a friend that was in need of a new unit. She liked it do much and made so many great comments that I picked one up for myself. I love it. Great for dual usage and very powerful.

We bought this unit bed immediately realize that one of the legs worth missing we purchased two of these so the one that I purchased for my home are you immediately returned it

Nice looking and full feature set. Unique to this microwave is a grilling element on the top. It does great keeping things crispy. If you need a counter tops microwave oven I recommend it highly.

Beautiful appliance. It was too small for our cabinet opening. Sadly, we had to return it. I was looking forward to using this microwave combination.

It’s very loud like the door hits up against the frame and it’s loud. The buttons seem very cheap.

not only does this microwave work really good and have a grilling feature, but it looks soooooo nice. nicest microwave i have ever seen and its mirrored.

This is a very sleep and beautiful microwave. Heats up food very well. Only complaint would be the grill element. Doesn't perform as expected. But maybe I'm just using it wrong.
