I do love my Samsung microwave and would have given a 5 star rating,but disappointed as it was not made clear how to use the Combi feature and grill feature. The microwave comes with a does come with a raised rack that is raised to grill but I have not been able to use this. When I first bought I asked store personnel how to use this and they did not know either.
