It arrived damaged but decided to keep it as the damage was cosmetic and in the back where no one could see it. Then it died after 13 months of use. The unit would not turn on at all. After calling Samsung they would not replace it without me taking it to a service center for a repair and cost to me. Not worth the effort so I bought a replacement microwave at Walmart and love it.

Great product very affordable compared to other brands with same features . Would definitely purchase again from this brand!

It has a grill option you can cook bacon with it and other things. So far its been good.

Bought this as a gift and there were no instructions around using the grill function.

Control panel was broken . The item is out of stock. I got the money back. Now I can find that same it.

Microwave does what it's supposed to. The broil feature is nice. But don't know that I've used it more than 3 or 4 times.

The product looks great. My wife and I were replacing our old microwave because it was starting to take longer to heat up things. This new microwave takes even longer. If you like microwaving popcorn make sure to add an extra 30-45 sec. because the lack of power

Well... it's a microwave. So far it is working as it should and my kids like to make faces in to the mirror finish.

This microwave went on the fritz a few days after I got it. It takes ridiculously long to accomplish tasks. For example, it takes over 7 minutes to pop corn, and over 15 minutes to heat a pound of frozen mixed vegetables. My previous microwave cost $69, took way less counter space, heated my food 3 times as fast, and lasted me 15 years. This $200 nightmare couldn’t even survive a month. It only works intermittently, but every time it actually powered on, it encouraged me to have false hope. By the time I made a solid decision to return it, the return period had expired. So now I’m stuck with a pricey gadget which may or may not power on, may or may not heat my meals, and works slower than warming food in a stovetop pot. Save yourself the trouble. There are much better microwaves available in the same price range.
