Also the "open" the door button you push only the right side instead of anywhere on the button, crazy, otherwise it's ok. For someone who has impaired vision, it could be better. Especially when his vision will decrease.

We have to heat things twice as long as we did with our 20 year old microwave. Our microwave went out, and I wish we would have had the time to look at reviews! I wish we could take this one back! I HATE it!!
