I tried several outlets and my electric panel. Apparently, it is the microwave that is the problem. Maybe a blown fuse in the unit? Buyer beware.

It was a bit pricey as well, so swapped it for the slight smaller cheaper one that had the stainless steel front.

We've had cheaper microwaves that lasted decades! I invested on this one because i trusted that samsung will perform the same if not better! Never again... :-( thank God i didnt review right after purchase...
