It's what I wanted in a microwave - one that allowed me to turn off the annoying beeping. I got it home, set it all up - and it wouldn't heat. I read the directions and it said to unplug it for 10 seconds and set it up again. I did that and it heated a cup of water. The next day - it wouldn't heat again. I unplugged it, set it up, it heated again. Next time - it didn't heat. Enough is enough - I returned it. Bought one which beeps but at least it heats. The "return" experience was absolutely painless and I think Best Buy for that.

I've had this microwave for 6 months and its completely dead. 6. Months. I started with BestBuy (bought online)and they told me I had to work with Samsung directly. My nearest BestBuy is almost two hours away. Samsung says they'll have a technician come to my house. I wait 2-3 days, and no one calls or shows. I call again and they say a technician will come to my house in 2-3 days, but that the last one didn't want to because I was too far away. Seriously. No one wants to help! I would have never used BestBuy.com or purchased Samsung had I known the life expectancy of the microwave was 6 months and no one from BestBuy or Samsung really wants to solve this....

This microwave is noisy and the glass platter slips off the spindle in the middle, which causes it to burn your food. i am extremely unhappy with this microwave and am returning it today and buying a different brand.

Toaster/grill part worked for exactly 3yrs and just died. Samsung only covers a 1yr warranty and isn't going to do anything to help fix it.

Looks awesome. But does not work near as good as it looks. Very noisy when using it. The heating ability is almost none existent. Returned and got a Panasonic that really heats fast and is very quiet.

This is not a good buy at all. Mine is lop sided, difficult to program and use. Every time I use I have to adjust the power setting to hi. If I don’t it really doesn’t work well. It sucks

The microwave is sleek and easy to use. It's a great size for my little kitchen. It cleans easily & I love the coating on the inside. I wish it was a little more powerful, but the little extra time it takes is ok. The heating element is pretty neat. I don't use it like crazy, but it comes in handy.

Not at all satisfied with this microwave. difficult to operate, loud and hard to clean. I will be returning this for something else.

AVOID My experience was after 15 months of normal use (just 2 adults) it failed.... at least the last 7 months it had made a weird hum (didn't effect performance, so you know how that goes) when it was running (ONLY when it was running did anything about it change)...then, 2 days ago it just failed (plugged into 3 different outlets....it's the microwave. It's dead.

I bought this microve on july 2016 and the microwave lasted 2 years and 3 months and now does not heat the food, it does everything like its working but does not heat the food. Im very disappointed with samsung a premium microwave should last for a longer time i look online and It looks like a common problem on this model.. do not buy! I

Lasted 1.3 years. Dead today. Runs but won't heat. Seriously?

My old microwave bit the dust after 15years. The one I wanted wasn't in stock so I opted for this one. It works great and has a lot of cool features. It's easy to clean and look stylish. I love it!!

Maybe the wattage is too small. It heats evenly, just takes longer to do so.

Bought 2 units, 1 was DOA. The door on the oven would not stay shut.

Bought last March. This worked great, until it stopped working last week. Best Buy and Samsung did not want to help me with repair, or replacement. My last microwave lasted 10 years, and cost half this much. Overpriced, and underperforming item. I won't make this mistake again...

It doesn't heat as good as other microwaves I'd had. Will return for a refund

Didn’t get insurance on it the microwave shut down in less than 2 years not worth the buy Samsung doesn’t help they tell you to look on your own to get it serviced if your warranty is up. Better off buying a no name brand that last longer than 2 years

this may be a beautiful microwave to look at, but cooking might become an issue. We returned this product for full refund. At a 45 second heating of milk, the microwave was hot, nor warm, but hot to the touch on the outside. Not acceptable.
