we really like this microwave and it performs just fine, the only complaint we could make is that for our kitchen the microwave is really big, probably should measure and make sure it fits

Like the look but the micro cuts off after seveal minutes and doesn't push out enough steam so that when you open the door a lot of steam comes out whatever you are cooking. Also, would have been a better design if the 30 second button automatically starts the micro instead you have to also press start.

I received this microwave as a gift last October. At the end of September it broke, within the 1 year warranty. However since I did not have a receipt, Samsung said they would repair it. WOW is that a hassle. After the first repair was scheduled, Samsung canceled the repair the day before the service techs were to show up and said they would replace it since it was 'taking too long' to fix it. I called them back (they did not call me) and since I didn't have a receipt, they were going to fix it. Got a second repair date with the technicians. This time 2 days prior, Samsung again canceled the repair and was going to replace the unit. I called back the last time, waited on hold for over an hour for the Enhanced Customer Service (or similar) department to be told I would need the receipt. I told the guy I've been in this loop for the last 1.5 months and was not starting it again. He thanked me for choosing Samsung and hung up. I always thought Samsung products were good quality, it is a shame that they have such a lack of "customer support". I guess one cost saving method is to make your warranty claims so frustrating that people give up. I'll never buy another Samsung product again on the chance that I would have to go through that again.

I had a GE microwave that finally died after over 10 years of use every day (multiple times per day). Bought this microwave on Feb 21, 2015 and loved it. Until this morning, that is. The door would not latch, rendering the unit useless. Multiple calls to Samsung--there is in home repair--but the first repair date is nearly two weeks away. In meantime, no microwave. Should have bought another GE, I think. My parrot loves the mirror on the front, though, and is always looking for that bird in the microwave, so all is not lost. Have had great chuckles watching him see his reflection in the mirror.

This is a great Microwave. Lots of features, so many that I have to read the manual. Who has to do that to use a microwave? It is beautiful, functional and the ability to turn off sound, awesome. Only issue I have is no quick heat buttons. You must enter the time to cook something, and you have to hit start even is you use the 30 second button. Very minor and the advanced features clearly out weigh this. I would recommend this microwave to anyone.

Great microwave!! Awesome grill feature, great stylistically, and just a overall good product. I am a big fan of Samsung products, and this one didn't disappoint either. At 950mhz, it works better than the 1100mhz microwave that I replaced it with. I would highly recommend this product.

We purchased this microwave to replace an older microwave that started to take a while to heat up food. This microwave takes even longer to heat up. We love the look of it. Just wish it would heat food faster.

This thing does everything, regular microwaving, plus a heating element at the top (inside) for cooking/ grilling your food The controls could be a little more intuitive, but still Very impressed

Bought this a few months back and so far it has not given me any problems. Not much to say, heats up pretty much like any other microwave. Like the grilling part of it also.

I love Samsung products and that's because their usually the best. And this microwave is awsome especially the grill setting. And it looks great it's like a mirror

Good value given its price range. Better options but still a solid microwave.

This microwave was a good fit for my household, love that the front of it has a mirror effect and you can see your reflection while waiting for your morning coffee hehe. Overall a great buy and happy with my purchase

I've only had the microwave for a few days, but everything I've made came out great. The grill feature is excellent.

so far so good for one year. Nothing wrong, every function as expected.

Biggest problem is the amount of light inside the machine. Not enough to see when the water boils. The outside control panel is hard to read, also.

I've been having enough of Samsung appliances. First the fridge ice maker fiasco (google it) and now this microwave. The eject door button is starting to wear and I've had it less than a year. This will be my last Samsung product.
