I've never really come across a microwave that didn't cook my food and do everything that microwaves do, and this one does all those things. The only reason I'd give it 2 stars or lower, is because you can't have a timer on and cook food at the same time. In the kitchen, timers are necessary, and all at your disposal makes life in the kitchen easier. It just seems odd that a major name brand companylike Samsung hasn't figured out how to allow it to time your food while cooking food in between. Great microwave other than that, but really Samsung, c'mon man!?!

Ordered online and before picking up went to the appliance section to look inside. The minute I pushed the door open button "in" I knew it would not last more than a year or two. So for now will continue to use my 7 year old Kenmore Elite which is not pretty but sturdy (cancelled order).

I purchased this microwave as a replacement for an old Panasonic one I had that broke. Wow, did I regret it. I returned the microwave within weeks of purchasing it. It either SEVERELY undercooked my food, or it OVERcooked it.. I followed normal instructions on some simple frozen items from Trader Joe's and it was like pulling teeth trying to get the microwave to heat the item. I had to do DOUBLE the cooking time on the highest heat setting (10) and the chicken tenders were still cold. Then it burned some pizza I heated up using the AUTO-SENSOR reheat and I burned my roof of my mouth. Do not buy this, I will never buy Samsung again. If it's not this, it's their dangerous phones!

This looks good but breaks after 6 months. Then you can not return it . I have been on the phone for hours. The manufacture warranty expired, starts when its manufactured. There is an extra process to start it again from purchase date. Once they do that process then. I have to call to set up a Samsung service call. What then I ask? Maybe stuck with a repaired lemon or a replacement. Can I get my money back? Not this guys department. Best Buy says no Geek Squad protection no help. Elite Plus member so what!

Too sum it up, i wanted a nicer new microwave that would last for years. Thought this one looked great, nice features, and great brand name. Well I was wrong. Since the start this unit has never performed well. Everything is undercooked or burnt. Temp is all off. Most recently it is making glassware incredibly hot to the touch while the food remains ice cold.

I’m very disappointed with the microwave. Got rid of my previous microwave and upgraded to this one. What a mistake. One the warranty expired I got the E error code and customer service wanted to charge me more than it’s worth! Worst purchase ever. Worst customer service ever!

Bought this in June of 2015, so it's just a little over a year old. We don't use it very much and always take excellent care of our stuff, and this thing just died last night. 100% dead and only a 1 year warranty. I quell never buy Samsung again!

This stopped working after not even 2 years. It will not heat up anything anymore.

Stops working in 2 yrs and warranty is only valid for a year. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT unless you only want your microwave for 2 yrs.

Microwave crapped out right after the 1 year warranty was up at 1 year. Lasted 1 year and not quite 3 months.

Microwave died after 6 mo. It's been 2 months and I still don't have a replacement.
