I LIKE THIS MICROWAVE BECAUSE IT IS EASY TO USE ONCE YOU BECOME USED TO THE KEYPAD FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE SELF EXPLANATORY IN MOST CASES. I HAVE NOT TOTALLY EXPLORED TO CONVECTION FUNCTIONS I STILL MUST REFER TO THE AUTO COOK MENU GUIDE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS MICROWAVE OVEN

We had to wait one week after first microwave was installed by the Geek Squad because it did not work. The installers also stated that they could not attach the microwave to the exhaust pipes above the unit and that we would have to hire someone else to do that....this was after they pulled my old one out making it unusable. We had to purchase new pipes on our own and they told us to hire someone to attach it to the exhaust system going outside. The next installer was able to connect the pipes and said that it was "part of the job". Product was great after it was installed properly, but first installers were clueless and unhelpful, causing us to be without a microwave for three and a half weeks...unacceptable!

We did extensive research on this unit and I have to sya I am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend having someone install it. I'm not overly handy with tools and it took about 4 hours to mount and install. The convection part of the unit works amazingly well. I love having basically two ovens now! It microwaves food increadibly quickly. Overall, a great unit!!

As far as a microwave and convection oven go, it does the job. However, it has like over 100 modes for cooking pretty much anything and you literally have to have the printed guide on hand to figure out how to access the cook mode you are looking for. I really think they should have worked out a better interface so that you didn’t have to rely on a sheet of options. That being said, it cooks great and looks great along side my other Samsung appliances. I particularly love having the buttons on the bottom vs the side as it makes it much easier for shorter people to use it.

Oven looks good with our Black and Stainless Steel appliances. The convection setting cooks meats that looks like they were done on a rotisserie. Very tasty.

Had to replace my aging microwave and have always been a fan of Samsung - phones, appliances, TV's and even have the Samsung laptop! This convection microwave was a perfect fit for my tight space and an easy install - the wife is happy and therefore life is good. Thanks again Samsung!

My wife never used a micro wave or at least not very often. She read the manual, and loves the convection and all the programs for cooking. Major upgrade from our old one. in addition, a very powerful exhaust fan.

I purchase this first because of the name, secondly on the features. This oven is packed with feature and cooking programs. Which I was skeptical at first, but cooked foods perfectly. Including melting butter perfectly.

The Samsung Microwave Convection oven was easy to self install. I replaced a GE Microwave and was able to reuse the GE mounting bracket. Operation is easy the manual is very detailed and if you spend the time reading it you will have no problem using this microwave oven.

Lots of feature but if you bake or roast it will take a while. Not as user friendly as most microwaves, you have to use the book or scroll thru menus to get to what you want. I'm sure one day it will be easy to use. Basic microwave is great.

Definitely the most affordable of the convection series ovens. At only $350, we couldn't pass it up! Came with a broken handle from a screw being over tightened at assembly, but Samsung sent me one and I repaired it easily myself. Happy with it so far.

I don't know if it was the installer or the microwave itself but this microwave vent is very weak. Other than that it's a nice looking full featured microwave that can act as a second oven. Very cool.

This Microwave has so many options...a bit overwhelming. It would be helpful if Samsung had a video that showed you how to work all the features. I've spent quite a bit of time reading through the manual. Best way to learn it is to use it.

Really great microwave, we made cookies the first day and refrigerator biscuits the next! They tasted like they had been baked in the oven. Definitely worth the money we spent. Love love love this microwave/convection oven.

We bought this convection/microwave because it had the largest interior space and the highest output wattage. It has not disappointed! The optional menus for heating various foods and its ability to covert to a second small oven if I don't want to heat my whole 5.8cf oven on may range has worked great.

This microwave provides a good bang for the buck. It cooks slower than other microwaves, but cooks more evenly. My dissatisfaction with this microwave is that it became intermittent after ~6 months. I understand that all products break, but the warranty process that we went through with Samsung was horrible. We were without a microwave for over a month, trying to wade through the warranty claim maze that Samsung has devised. In the end, Samsung never was able to give us direction on how to replace our microwave. It was only through the tremendous customer service at Best Buy that Best Buy was able to crack the Samsung warranty code with their secret decoder ring. Thank you, Best Buy! However, I believe that Samsung intentionally made the warranty claim process so confusing and time consuming that most people would walk away from the process entirely and buy a new microwave on their own dime. However, my wife and I are too tight to do this. = )

I'm glad I've updated my microwave but a bit disappointed that it's only 900 watts. Haven't learned all functions of the convention portion yet but the few times I tried a setting it was great. It does crisp your food.
