This is one of the more friendly looking microwaves your can find at Best Buy. Note that u less you plan to use this for the features such as convection you should look elsewhere.

This microwave cooks much better than my old one and have an amazing amount of features. I am not sure I will ever use them all as who wants to read a manual on your microwave. I have tried some of the cool features and they do work well. If you are into lots and lots of features and use them it will be great.

I like the look and all the functions available on this unit. The only downside I have is that I wanted to mount it in a location where we did not have cabinets above the microwave, but the microwave is designed to be installed under cabinets. I had to make a few custom brackets to make it work freestanding.

I love this microwave, it does everything I wanted and more. I baked cookies, made an amazing roast, microwave hot pockets... It's great. BUT the fan for the convection rattles, I called Samsung Nd found that this is a common problem. They can't have anyone come fix it because there is no one in my area. They offered me store credit for best buy, but I bought it on sale, so they won't even refund me enough to get another one. I guess I will be taking it back to the store and having a new one SHIPPED and hope for a better fan this time. I recommend the microwave.... just hate Samsung's customer service

We a wonderful salesperson at B.B that did a great job helping us order one. This microwave can do it all and plus some. High wattage with quiet strong hood fan. I like the digital screen and features it comes with. Especially the slim fry/ convection oven mode settings. Would buy again. Great product!

This microwave works great with steam cleaning it make kitchen work easy. It has a gray ceramic inside shell not white. It has a grill that came with it. I can't wait to try all the features. Looks great I purchased one for my Mother for her birthday. She loves it. Great looking and working microwave.

We added this with a Samsung range/oven, and have had several people comment on how good the setup looks. The microwave has been great, though it takes a bit of studying the manual to understand all the options. The convection works well, so far everything has been outstanding. Highly recommend.

Love the look and function of this microwave. Have not used the bake option yet but love the idea of it. Directions for hanging were detailed but the microwave is very heavy so you’ll need two people

Microwave/Convection Oven is a nice upgrade for our old microwave that finally died. We're still getting the hang of the new setup but it does everything expected of it. Quite happy with the purchase.

Works great.Easy to understand directions.I like the blue lighting that illuminates the time. I will purchase more Samsung kitchen appliances in the near future.

Just bought this microwave and had it installed. I love the look, the the ease of use, and it's performance. Reheated food is not overdone, and set up is easy with the menu. It also has a light with a low and a high. Can be installed vented outside or simply indtalled with the filters underneath if vented inside. I find it sleek and attractive, looks great in my kitchen! I am very pleased with this purchase.

I did a lot of research and after sometime I decided on this microwave.Starting from purchase to installation everything went well.I am overall happy with the purchase and recommend this product

Wished I had paid to have installed.. sitting on my counter as too heavy for daughter and I to do alone. Thought would line up with old one 《thought standard》yea its not all brackets are different..

I like so much. Is more than only a microwave, you can use as a convenction cooking too, so you can bake, broil and roast even faster than the traditional maner. Also the design with the bottom controls are great you have more space inside your microwave and less effort to reach them.

I am not a great cook. I warm things up. This microwave is great tool for a cook LOL. It does everything. Everything. Convection, Brown's everything. I will learn it all, someday. It will store your favorite times and make short cuts for you. It's amazing. So far, so wonderful.

looks great. Installation directions were good. missing the buttons that you would press only once for one minute, two minutes, etc for this amount of time to run. love the LED lights.

Its doing what it supposed to. Not as nice as some of its counterparts, but a mini was needed above the stove and this is what worked.

Love it! I had to replace an older model. My Home Warranty with AHS would not cover the exact product and Brand. I went to Best Buy and got the same Brand, upgrades to Convection, self cleaning and other upgrades. Such a great a deal.

Best over the range microwave oven with all the extras, convection cook, steam cook, air fry , and works great , used the air fry to cook French fries and they came out as if I bought them at McDonald’s or somewhere, crispy and soft on inside

I chose this move because of the hight wattage output. Installation was easy. and the quality was good. one thing I don't particular like was the Vent Hood suction power. It was a little weak. but with my experiences with microwave hoods, they are all kinda weak... But works...
