I just love my new ge microwave it has all those features my microwave is very easy and fast to clean live it

This microwave replaced another old Samsung we had for 7 years. It is perfect for our needs. Simple and does the job it is supposed to do! Clean-up is a breeze. Matches our other black stainless appliances beautifully.

Nice microwave. Easy to install. Only issue is you can’t use kitchen timer and microwave at same time. Not a deal breaker

I am so appreciative of the follow up work that Gina in Product Exchange did for me today. Not only did she get my work order and installation date updated and complete, she went further to explain how my Total Membership works as well as my warranty!! Gina is very professional and knowledgeable of her job as well as Best Buy’s products and tech services. Not only did I purchase a five year warranty on my new microwave, I learned how to navigate through Best Buy’s services. Through her expertise I was very satisfied today with her help.

Microwave works great! It was an open box in fair condition and actually was great looking. Only thing we were missing was the template to put it up.

No complaints, Looks nice and works great. Almost too great.

We bought it because the one that our house had as new broke. We have in mind buying all new kitchen appliances, reason why we picked the gun metal color that is what we want for our new appliances. I would of rated it a 5 start if it was not that the fan has a weird annoying noise when I set in in High. We have Total Tech support and I have an appointment for this coming Monday for them to take a look at it. Overall, I love out new microwave.

Work as intended good value Easy to install and looks great in black

We purchased this Samsung microwave to replace a Samsung model that was about 5 years old. I was pleased that the mounting template/existing cabinet holes and wall bracket aligned perfectly with our previous model. As others have commented the opening/closing of the door seems tighter than normal. Not exactly a big deal for us, but you do need to pull with a bit more force. We are pleased with this model's performance after a month of daily use by our family.

It has the right size for a microwave, fits pretty much anything and it heats up food pretty fast. The light feature under it is also great with a couple different settings!

I love the microwave. The only problem I have with it is that it has functions that are different from my previous microwave and I do not know how to use them because I did not receive an owner’s manual. I asked the gentleman who installed it about the manual and he said there wasn’t one. He had already put my old microwave in the box so I could not check for one. That said, we like the looks of the new microwave, we like How easy it is to clear and it functions well.

Works great. The only thing we don't like is the control panel doesn't light up, we have to turn on the kitchen light every time we want to make popcorn, warm up coffee or cook anything in the microwave. Also, aren't all TV Dinners and other frozen Pot Pies and things cook time based on an 1100watt cooking time. Why are most Microwaves 1000watts now?

We needed to buy a replacement microwave due to a handle malfunction. This one works and look great in the space!

Bought this "open Box" well... yesss! what a deal... AND if you have a previous GE microwave the hanging bracket and secure top holes of you cabinet will line up perfectly. no need to struggle with the hardware ... it took me longer to remove the old Microwave than to put this one up!. Keep in mind you may need to get a roll of ac duct sealing take(the silver shiny one, A/c repair men use, not regular duct tape!). Functionallity... works great, remember to tighten the screws to the light cover, otherwise you'll have a rattle ( I stood for 10 min trying to find the rattle sound haha)

This product does what it need to do. I like the sleek design and most importantly it is price accordingly.

So far so good. This was basically an identical replacement for the same one we had for 16 years. I have no doubt this one will last 16 years.
