Hasn’t been used yet as it’s for a new unit but it was installed over range was easy to install looks beautiful matches the range and fridge that was also purchased perfectly

My old over the range with outside vent micro died. Bought one of the same brand and got lucky. The new one fitted perfectly. No need for drilling holes of fitting a new rail. Even the went fitted perfectly. The new one is a little noise but keeps the house from smelling when frying things. The lighting is great.

Very easy to install- sleek look and simple to operate!

This has freed up a ton of countertop space by replacing my countertop microwave. It goes perfectly with our Samsung range. Easy to use and good size and nice looking

Very good microwave at a good price. As advertised, it is a microwave with out all the bells and whistles... but works well and very easy to install, if you are a bit handy. It comes with two templates to show you where screws need to go... put the mounting bracket on the wall drill holes in the bottom of your cabinet... one for the plug and two for screws... get someone to help you lift it onto the bracket... pull the plug up through the hole and screw in the two screws. You do need to make sure the motor is mounted for whichever way you vent. Also easy to do. Popcorn mode works like a champ!

This microwave is perfect for people that are just looking for a microwave. I purchased this microwave to replace a Whirlpool that served us well, but heating stopped working. I looked at several microwaves but at the end of the day I just needed a standard Over the Range microwave. I didn't need wifi connection or a supersized cooking space so this was the best fit for me. I did notice that the heating of this unit is much better than the Whirlpool it replaced. Not so much faster cooking times but more even and less mess (very nice). The installation went really well and fit up very nicely. The Whirlpool installation was shotty at best so couldn't reuse any of the previous holes. The only thing I would have liked better is if they would have added some LED lights to the bottom of the microwave instead of hot old fashion bulbs. Great microwave all the way around with a great look and great standard functionality.

I love the microwave. The only thing I do not like is that the light could be brighter.

Clean look. Works well. It took me about 2 hours to install. It was missing the manual but I was able to download from Samsung.

Easy install replacing an older microwave using the same hardware and holes. However the unit will start on its own when pulling on the handle. Replicated over and over again mother reviews reported this issue. Took it down same week and returned for a whirlpool.

We are so very pleased with our new Samsung microwave. It has all of the items that we need to cook/heat up for our purposes in the kitchen. It doesn't sound like much, but, we have been needing a timer for our kitchen.

So far working fine. Fairly easy to install, replacing one that died of old age. Also very fairly priced.

good for three years then boor broke and it cost more than a new unit by over $100 sso got new one

Unit is as described on BB website, with a feature set comparable to more expensive products. Over-The-Range installation straightforward with templates provided, but I recommend surveying the numerous videos out there to prepare yourself for the job. Hardest part for me was connecting the exhaust duct work -- aluminum sticky tape is a must! Unit is not terribly heavy, but I recommend having two persons present to heft the unit and anchor it to the cabinet. Appearance is modern, with clean simple lines and stainless steel trim. Door handle is solid. Operation simple with very few pre-programmed cooking modes. Cook mode fan sound is average. Audible beep feedback on all buttons that cannot be adjusted or turned off. Surface lamp is adjustable but at highest setting, single OEM incandescent bulb is rather dim as a task light. If more light is desired, I recommend replacing surface lamp with brighter (>800 lumens) LED E17 bulb. DO NOT replace the interior bulb with an LED as the microwave will "cook" the clear plastic materials used to encase the LED components. Fan has two speeds, drawing through two removeable washable aluminum grease grilles.

Great microwave, very high quality and works great, easy to operate and ready to install everywhere. Works great over stove

This is our second samsung microwave. It works great! My stove microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher are all samsung products.
