Purchased this unit in March of 2022, now just a couple months past the 1 year warranty, we started to notice burning on the inside upper edge of the unit. Upon closer look, the inside door shows bulging and chipping which apparently is causing the heat leakage and burning of the edge. Now that I read through other reviews it seems this is a common issue. My other complaint is operational. Why no "one click" 30 second start as on every other microwave oven. It is completely inefficient to require 2 button clicks for this function. A minor irritation, but nothing compared to the cracked door at just a little over a year old. Very disappointed in the poor quality.

Really good microwave. I will give it 10 on 10 design, functions and power. Specially the exhaust system is really good. Only thing i dont like is the warm tone light bulb color on the bottom of the microwave.

Good microwave. After a year the plastic pieces that kept it closed broke. To be fair, that probably says more about how rough my kids are vs. any issues with the microwave. I am a Best Buy Plus member so this is my replacement. We didn't get a different one as this one does a good job.

I love the combination & appearance with the appliances In my kitchen all by the same product. I haven't really used It, due to I just received today. Technician had to do some adjustments figure out measurements accurate of installation. And was able to resolve issue & completed installation..But, yes! So far

I wish I could turn the beep noises off. The timer noise is a joke and you can barely notice when it goes off. Not fingerprint resistant either. It cooks stuff so I guess it does its job.

Very disappointed as I had to buy this product again after 3.5 years, the door or sensor got defective. The microwave will come on once you opened the door. Had to purchase again the sameone to be able to match the rest of the appliances

This microwave works very good. It installed nicely. The controls are easy-to-use.

So far I'm happy with the microwave but the installation company installed it incorrectly. It's not level and despite several calls to have them fix the problem, they won't respond.

This is a great microwave. It is stronger wattage than we are used to, but I am glad. It heats up things in half the time. It is super durable and is easy to clean. I love this microwave!!
